Generally have what you need when you need it. In the present world I shop online and pick it up. TSC is one of the easiest places to do this. That being said you sometimes pay a premium as they dont pay attention to local competition but run on a regional average. Feed wise they are generally high. For parts batteries etc they are ok. But you have to take into account that you can order it, wait for confirmation and pick it up and be certain your item is there waiting on you The gas I save running around is usually enough to justify the extra cost.

They have whatever I go in the store after and are helpful in finding products.

We come here so often for farm and garden stuff. They have good sales and good customer service. If you call to place an order, sometimes they wont charge shipping even when it is a special order. Chick days are so fun too. Good seeds, orchard trees and toys for kids to play with while we shop.

Love the service... I am always very well taken care of every visit I make to Tractor Supply... I frequent Tractor supply weekly, and the are very helpful if something is not in stock or is only online, very efficient on keeping us customers happy and taken care of... If your online Tractor Supply cant ship on time you should let your customers know not just leave them hanging indefinitely .

Easy to locate what your looking for. Always helpful and offer to carry heavy items. My only issue is the fowl they sale. Far too many in a tank and you arent allowed to touch them to Pick your chicks. We are very particular about getting healthy chicks and to have someone else pick them isnt my way.

Drove an hour and a half to buy this sweet ratcheting wrench set which included the stubby set. Two of the stubby wrenches had been stolen. The sales rep seemed to have an undesirable attitude and instead of helping me locate another set, I was basically told that Im out of luck and to come back in two days... I live an hour and a half away, which I told him. Im sure he would have been more helpful if the time was taken to listen to the words coming out of my mouth.

Always friendly service

Service is good. The lay out of the store is confusing and the same item can be found in multiple locations in the store. The staff will go out of there way to help which is refreshing in this age of terrible customer service. I really cant say anything negative about this place.

The staff are amazing and go the distance to assist you in loading heavy livestock items. They are knowledgeable about the variety of equipment used on farm related animals and sell good quality items at low price.

I use this store a lot for my farm supplies. Overall a good store. Often short staffed but their workers do the best they can and are always friendly & courteous. My only real complaint is the mobile pet clinic. They are there to sell as many shots as possible and are very rough with animals. The assistants seem to have little training. Of course the clinic people are not employees of TSC so I will continue to shop there. However I recommend you find a local vet instead of this traveling show.

It stays open til 9 and is very convenient. Good selection. Kinda pricey

Didnt get help when I broke down and asked for help. And when I checked out the cashier said he chose something other than what I picked out you would prefer it which is a good choice but then again it was the wrong type altogether so had to go back and exchange. Not over all about experience people were nice once I cash out and everything they tried got to give it to him thank you

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Not much to speak of due to this being a chain, but its a great location and you can get just about anything you would ever need for farm and home!

Someone has always greeted us, answered questions knowledgeably about any question I may have had.

My legally blind mother in law went in to buy a pair of gloves. Asked the worker for some assistance. And was told they were to busy to help her...2 were standing around, ...hope you had fun picking up the gloves.

The associates are friendly and helpful.

Good friendly fast place to get your farm and ranch needs

Went to Tractor Supply in Duncan I called they and asked if they had a 25 ft drip watering hose they told me YES! For $ 9.99 I drove 50 miles round trip they dont even carry a 25 ft drip watering system hose for a garden. They need to get help In That store who knows what there doing. Plus I waited 15 minutes in that department for someone to come help me the minute I walked in the door I told the older lady at the register what I came for ame she said she would call someone to help me. In the meantime I looked on the shelf and didnt even see a label for that item. Dont go to the Duncan store period!.

Love tractor. They have something for everyone from clothing, feed, decor,and toys,lawn furniture.

The people are great, that work there, they go over and beyond to service our needs. Cuddos to tractor supply!

They dont have just the cashier for customer service if you need help caring anything out you have to do it yourself. If you ask for help it always 15 minutes before any one comes to help.

Staff was very friendly, but did not have the blades I needed for my mower. They do carry an extensive supply, just not mine.

The worst customer service!!!! If you ask to help a customer, make sure you complete what you start and dont leave a customer waiting 45 minutes thinking you are getting it out of the back for them only to leave for your break or lunch. All you had to do was say Im sorry sir we dont have that in stock! But nope, you left us there for 45 minutes thinking you were actually getting it ready for us to purchase! You lost our business over your laziness and poor work ethics and customer service!

The prices here are higher than their competitors but you get 10lbs more per bag. They keep the shelves stocked well which makes things so much easier when you have a farm emergency.

Terrible service. If you call and ask if something is in stock, they will lie and say it is if they dont know. It is almost impossible to get any help except at the check out. They are more concerned with selling chicks and ducklings than they are in helping customers
