This company is small and independently owned. The owner is very helpful and professional. He spends time with the customers to assist in selecting what is needed. They custom made the screens for the PEGOLA on my patio. It is beautiful, well-done, durable, and easy to control the opening and closing.I highly recommend this company.

They made a pool cover for us and installed it too. It was perfectly made and the service was top notch. I highly recommend them.

We have been working with Childres for over 8 months now and still havet resolved issues from their original installation. Although there has has been quality control issues with the installation workmanship, the biggest issue is communication from the company. Everyone from the owner, to the receptionists to the work crews have a significant lack of follow up. I cant count the number of times that we have confirmed repair dates recorded via e-mail and they dont show up. No call - No show is their mantra. The owner has even given me his cell phone, promised work, and hasnt shown up.

The owner actually came out after the installation and saw what the problems were. And then, nothing. The entire set of awnings was poorly done - Wish I could give less than one star.
