It was my first time here today. I had to get a expedition sticker. It was very great customer service. I felt heard and understood what was going on. As a woman, I didnt feel that I was taken advantage of bu them. Yes, I will definitely be back.

Polite But Too Busy

For as long as I live in the DFW area this will be my go to Firestone, I’ve had serval issues with services at previous stores and just recently had to bring my car back in for a brake inspection due to a lot of squealing when braking after just getting the front and rear brake services done at a DIFFERENT location, turned out that they put the wrong rotors.Brooks and the guys here were able to pinpoint the issue and solve it the same day. Definitely appreciate them owning up to the mistakes of another store. Would give 10 stars if possible!

On Sunday June 21, 2020 this location went above and beyond with their customer service. Chris waited for me even though they were closing at 5 on a Sunday, to help make sure I could get my vehicle serviced. I was very impressed with the service they provided and how quick they took care of my vehicle. They earned my trust and business.

I came here for an oil change and state inspection. Theres signage stating a mask must be worn and social distancing followed. However, as the morning progressed social distancing became a little harder with so many ppl waiting for their cars. Which made the mask even more important.I didnt realize before hand that you can make an appointment to have your car serviced so this may be worth looking into.All in all the service was fast and friendly. I will definitely utilize their services again.

I had the most AWESOME! customer service experience with a mechanic by the name of Kevin. Before I could get out, he was 6ft with a huge smile saying hello, how can I help you maam? OMG, you do not get that, such a polite young man. Never received such politeness at that location. In case there is more than one Kevin,lol. He was a Hispanic young man. Assisted me like no other. Just some air, told me damage coming upon one of the tires, and turned my ECO light off for me, literally in 2 seconds. Excellent service.

I had a really good experience there. The tire manager Jeff, was a real stand up guy. He attended to my needs and got vehicle in asap. I was very pleased with the service I got.

Nice staff didnt feel my problem was solved feel like I have away $100 for diagnostics when I already explained what was wrong with my car.

Dislocation of Firestone does a great jobs I had purchased 10 Tires this year not just for my vehicles but friends and they have always been prompt I went for an inspection today sad I didnt pass cuz my horn wont work whats disappointing is I got to go back Wednesday so they could figure out what was wrong with it cuz they were kind of short-staffed but in all theyre really good people

Had a 4:00pm appointment to have my tires rotated and when I get there, I’m told I had to wait because multiple people was booked at the same time. This is unacceptable as my time is valuable just like everyone else’s. This is why I scheduled an appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait.

My husband took his vehicle in today and purchased four new tires. After we picked up vehicle oil on the inside and outside door handles. Then sensor light came on for psi tire pressure. Had to take vehicle back for them to reset sensor. Please have your workers to have respect for customers vehicles wear gloves and paper car mats.

I experienced professional, high quality customer service, and my car was serviced in a timely manner.

The service here is great and the mechanics know what they are doing. The Manager always makes sure my car is taken care of and alerts me to any new issues that may pop up. Will continue taking my car to Firestone for many years to come!👍😁

Took my srt8 in for alignment. No wait which was great but the guy went in the parking lot and got on it enough that I could hear it inside. It’s a cool car and everything but at least ask before needlessly accelerating my vehicle.

I dont ever write reviews but I was driving from Denver to Naples and something in my engine blew and I had to get toed to this shop. Kyle did some magic and welded something back together I am not really sure what but he got me all the way down to Naples. Fantastic service

Went in to have a tire looked at, it was leaking air for the past week, it stayed at about 22psi. I drop it off in the morning and get a call mid day.I was told the treading was too thin, less than 4/32 inches and could not be patched up. Then he proceeded to tell me that I need a new tire, and with run flats that all 4 should be replaced at once.I told them that the tires were just bought in January and that there was no way almost all the treading was gone in a matter of 9 months.I took it back to Discount tire. I was told the treading was 8/32 to 10/32 inches and that it most definitely could be patched up. They did inform me that I missed one rotation, and that the back tires were more worn than they should be, but not to the point where all 4 need to be replaced, not even the back two. He also told he how dangerous it was to drive the car with the tire completely flat. All Firestone did was remove the nail, for no reason and then tell me they cant patch it up and I should buy 4 new tires.So Discount Tired patched it up and rotated my tires, 30 min, no charge vs Firestone who was trying to get me to buy 4 brand new tires because of one nail and two tires with wear that were still serviceable. $0 vs over $800.I spoke with the service manager today at Firestone, he was very nice and asked me if he could offer me anything. I told him the reason for the complaint was for him to address these issues with the employees in order to avoid scamming and lying to customers. This is why people have little trust in mechanics. I hope they are more honest in the future to other customers.

While the service writers were nice and polite. And they did have a tire in stock and got our car in quickly. The tire mounting technician did a poor job. He didnt know what he was doing mounting a low profile tire and gouged the rim. I would know, because Ive been mounting tires since before he was born.

I remember the great and friendly service they used to give my dad and to this day Firestone employees continue to give that same service. Firstone Duncanville location is very unprofessional they lie to your face all of the technicians will destroy your car and make u pay for it and the master tech will guess on things to buy for your vehicle that are not needed and management has no respect for you or your concerns as a customer this location will be reported to BBB i highly recommend you to spend your money at another business that take pride in there work i no all this information because i am a former tech that work with the BBB they will fight for justice for you these are honest facts with proof

I took my car to three different Firestone told them what my car was doing got 3 different answers. Firestone is very over price, want use them again didnt like their service. Their prices are on the same line as dealership horrible.

Always tell you that more repairs are needed than really are. In the name of regular maintenance. If it aint broke, dont fix it! Lol! They are professional and do good work, though. I usually have to turn down extra suggestions.

I was at the Firestone Auto Center to get an auto inspection. The front desk staff was very personable and due to the number of inspections ahead of me and the work to be performed on each I was there for 2 hours.

Had an appointment but it took 3 hours. Staff very friendly and this was a busy time after the holidays. Dont make appointment during busy times, so ask 1st.

Lazy workers!!Didn’t even screw my brake calipers back on. I ended up stranded in Another town. Also ended up costing more money out of pocket at another shop to fix their mistake. Stay away from this place!

Seriously dont bother. I dont know what the hell happened but every rim was scratched after I had an alignment and state inspection done. Im paranoid about my stuff so I know it wasnt me just driving around curbing my rims like an idiot. I noticed a week after and by then it was too late to complain (I doubt they would have owned up to it anyways). Seriously check your wheels before and after you get any work done.

My daughter took my car to firestone because 1 if the 3 tires was low, they said they checked it out and said the reason it was low was because of the weather mind you its only 1 tire. The same tire lose pressure again within a week, she take it back to firestone and they said the same thing that its the weather but clearly if it was the weather it would have affected all 4 tires. My daughter is on her way back to Firestone because the same 1 tire is losing pressure.....Really!! It took a friendly guy at the service station who helped her put air in the tire to notice the stem was faulty smh

Took my vehicle here for an oil change and they failed to secure the oil filter properly causing it to leak. Horrendous work.

Made an appointment online three days prior to the appointment, got there right at 3 oclock and at 4 still waiting. Time is value for me, my point is thats why i made the appointment. Unacceptable and will not visit again, the location very poor with time management.

The whole episode was a disaster. I took my car in for a complete inspection and the lug nuts were over torqued and broke off later that day. Firestone sought to remedy the issue by towing my vehicle back in and replacing the lug nuts with specific instruction from both myself and my brother not to make repairs. Then, after my brother called to speak with the manager about the unauthorized repairs, they took responsibility and decided to replace the entire wheel. Well, after two more trips down and back, leaving my car for several days each time, the wheel was replaced with a rusty new one.Not only am I unimpressed by the quality of the wheel and service delivered, I am also quite frustrated by the manner in which Firestone handled my situation. They did not call to inform me when my service was complete and continued to push recommended services even after I explicitly stated that I did not want to have my vehicle serviced at their shop.I am highly disappointed and will not be returning to Firestone in the future.

I need a tired no one had it not even firestone but, 30 mins later firestone got the tired ship and I was able to get 3 vs 1.

We needed tires on a Sunday and they did not have the right tires, but a mechanic was able to go get them and we got the tires put on that day. Great customer service!😊

I trust the guys here. They have replaced almost the entire suspension on my Honda and have done an excellent job.

I brought my car to this firestone because the one in grand praire could not get the steering wheel straight on my alignment. These guys got it right on the first try. I normally dont trust places like this because they dont usuallt look out for the customer but I didnt get that feeling here. The customer service was great as they listened to my issue and got me in quick on my appointment the next morning. Not only did the tech get my alignment right he took the time to show me what he did and how he did it. That is what impressed me the most as they didnt hide anything. My car drives as expected and I could not be happier. I would definitely take my car back here if I cant fix it myself.

Made an appointment online for an oil change and it was accepted. Drove 45 minutes to get there and told itd be an hour or hour and a half. While they accept walk ins while Im standing in line. Avoid.
