Former Neiman Marcus customer- I have been purchasing here the last two years and I have not been to a mall to buy fragrance since! Fragrance Depot has excellent customer service and a variety of products for your body, home, car and more. I get so many compliments on my “go to” fragrance from Louis and Vic. ! I went in for the first time the other day and you can smell the different fragrances as you walk up to the door, which smells amazing by the way. I came into the store recently from a referral. A friend of mine recently got a lamp as a gift and I wanted to get my mom one for mothers day. Upon going in I was greeted at the door by Vick. He was prompt with assisting me while still assisting another gentleman that was there seamlessly. Although what I came in for was not available, I left the store with several things, including a set of candles that my mom LOVES! This fragrance location is easily THE BEST, HANDS DOWN... I first came wondering about the phenomenal smells my of sisters house, I was sold. My house smells like orange & frosty pebbles(Air Mist) & I have to get the biggest bottle because it sales quick and I stay far, The quality is so well made that a little really does go a long way. The customer service has been professional every time I visit. On refill day, check this kicker out! 100% honest, I was curious to see if the Bond No.9 New York Nights smelled like the $400 3.4oz bottle I had at home, that I have to buy either online, or call Bond in New York (Sasha WAS my sales rep) wait on the shipping, because they only approve certain retailers to sell their products. I was FLOORED! it smells just like it, and you can bet that Im not spending triple digit dollars on ANY Eau De Parfume again! and Definitely on on Eau De Toilette When I asked about the chemicals used due to my sensitive skin, a gentleman who was very kind, I grew to learn his name Mr. Ali gave me details as to how its made and actually made my bottle for me from scratch. Charming. (HYPOALLERGENIC ALOE VERA OIL!)

I love buying black owned, but when you can do that, and get a excellent quality product as this oil, then thats a great deal. The customer service was on point and they made each person that step in that door feel good about buying there products.
