Victoria waited on me. just bought a phone and brought it in and i was excited! she told me it would be 20 minutes till it synced to the other phone then she told me 20 more minutes. In the mean time I asked her about the perks we are able to have and she knew nothing until I said they have giveaways on Tuesdays? She said there is an app. She didnt say what app though. It was 840 And I think she was ready to go home. She just gave it to me as though I knew what to do. She said 72 hours If I gave her all the right info.(very sarcastic) it would then work. I said what are u talking about!! Then she said its working. I dont know but I now see why cedar hill is so much busier. I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK IN THERE AGAIN!!!!!! I Got home and it took me about 2 hours to try and figure out What the heck I was doing. She was very uninformative and and I told her I was going to call customer service she said whatever.

Super poor customer service. I went to the location to buy two brand new Galaxy Folding Z Gen3 cells worth over $1800 each for my small business employees and learn whats needed to open a business account. Young lady was too busy on her personal phone (IG) to answer simple inquiries (Cases, accessories, etc). I dont know, we just got the phone was her response everytime. Im sure employees have some knowledge of new products and services offered by the company. I was the only customer in the store. Not a good reflection on the business.

Worst experience ever. My phone stopped charging and eventually died. Selena told me my charger port had melted due to leaving it on the charger all night. Long story short I was here for TWO HOURS trying to purchase a new phone and switch from sprint to T mobile network.After TWO hours I was sent to the T mobile repair store about 10 minutes away. Turns out my charger port WAS NOT MELTED...it just needed to be repaired!!! So I waited about one hour to get it fixed!!I should have been sent to the repair store to begin with instead of wasting hours of my time!!

So upset of this Tmobile line I was unable to used my phone 📱 for a while because it got stolen my identify got robbed and hack by personal user. Now I cant not even access my bank account. Only because this provider let someone else used my personal information. Im so mad and angry that people can get away with everything so quick.

Christopher was SO helpful! We showed up an hour before closing before NYE to get my mom a new phone and he was a pleasure to work with.He was able to order the new phone, activate it and was incredibly helpful even though it was closing time. Manager is very rude. He doesnt care who is there to see it. Yelled at me in front of many customers for no reason and wouldnt calm down. At first I thought he must of been having a bad day but not that Ive read the reviews, I see this is a normal for him.

OMG! Today, went to this T-Mobile to find out what was going on with my phone. The point is in order for the representative to help me he had to come to my car to find out what the problem was. His name is Tony, and he is the Assistant Manager and he did just that. He found out what the problem was and referred me to the Apple Store where they could assist me with the problem and he took it even further and set me an appointment at the store. This has got to be the most impeccable customer service I have received from. T-Mobile. From this point I am referring my entire family to this location. This type of customer service made my day. The staff at this location is always sooo rude! They never want to help with any issue. They always tell us to calm customer services! This is the closest one to our home and we always have to drive to another location because they never want to help. Literally drive and extra 15 min to get to the one in Cedar Hill and they help fix the issue! I have tried this location 3 times! The manager is always so rude even when you ask a simple question.

I wish they had a (-)negative star, that is what I would rate this store. I have been a T Mobile Customer for more than 10 years and the level of customer service they offer at the store is just ridiculous. They need to have training classes for the store employees. The wait is always long at this location, they need to hire more experienced sales rep and should care about the concerns of their customers. I am really about 5 minutes from switching to Sprint or Verizon. I am beginning to despise T Mobile store level and phone reps are horrible.

If you can help it absolutely DO NOT go to this store! Every time I go to this T-mobile store the employees add on several services we dont want or need. Our bill increased by $60 the last time I went in. It was supposed to be just a phone trade-in upgrade and was a $3 difference in monthly price from the old one. At first when I saw the next months bill I thought they charged me for the upgrade but no they added $40 worth of extra services and apparently never sent my traded in phone in to corporate so I had to keep paying the old one until it got there. This was the 3rd time something like this has happened to me with all 3 times being a different employee helping me out. So its a store issue not an employee. This time was just the most drastic increase so I decided to warn others. This is not a corporate store so I would recommend going to one of those. Corporate stores nearby are the ones in Cedar Hill on Pleasant Run and Grand Prairie off South 360 and Camp Wisdom.

Clean and great sales on the hams and chicken breasts. I was in Forney yesterday and eggs were $150 A dozen...unreal. Today they were only 82 a dozen. The country suppose to be cheaper. I did see any sales...Wheatland and Cedar Ridge.

Rushed from work to make it to the store before closing only to find it closed 15 mins before 9. Light are on and gates are up showing they are open. Stay open your full business hours. I just needed something simple that was only going to take 5 mins at the most.

Worst T-Mobile store I have ever been to. Employees are listening to music on their own speakers or have headphones on. Not helpful at all. Not a family friendly store as employees use foul language without discretion. Will be calling corporate about this experience.

Walked in a beautiful January afternoon(about 55*, Sunny) into the store where customers were there before me. Sitting down behind the counter was a heavy set hispanic young lady in her mid twenties. She greeted me with a half-smile, what can I do for you? she asked casually.I said I wanted to switch family plans from AT&T to T-Mobile for the right price. I told her my present payment($200.00 a month) and she did her calculations on the computer what T-mobile would charge.It came out to about $80.00 cheaper per month. The catch was i could not keep my AT&T phones(two smart phones and a regular cell) when I switche over. Instead I had to by their phones at full retail and have it added to my monthly payment. I dont mind as long as their was not a 2-year contract to be signed and their wasnt.The lady was very patient with me in answering all my questions even as customers started coming ing and her baby started kicking in her stomach(shes pregnant). She said I needed to come back with the old phones to get credit for them so I will be back Saturday.Only thing Im worried about is the reputation for dropped calls at T-mobile, but she assured me theyve gotten better. Hell, when you think about it, Americas worse cell phone service companies are still better than the best cell companies of most other countries, so I can complain too much.Ill take my chances.
