Hose came out to where we were and had us fixed up in no time. Great guy. Waited to make sure our truck would move before he left. He checked his work, and made sure we would be safe driving. Hose is awesome!!! Thank you sir for helping us out tonight!!! Hose needs a raise!!!

Always excellent service from head to toe. There team assemble at the Temple Texas location is second to none. From Justin to all the technicans. Billing is also great Lisa Pierce is very helpful and accurate. I would recommend to anyone that needs trailer or truck service in the Temple Texas area.

Got help from T.J. on 08/19/21 for an electrical issue. He took the time to call and give me an ETA which always helps me plan ahead and when he arrived he was friendly and helpful even after just waking up for an early morning call. I came to this Carrier Dealer Location in Lufkin Texas with an APU problem, it was hard to diagnostic the problem but the Technician Scott work so very hard and a lot of patience to find the problem until he found it, he checked everything even very little parts until he realize what was the problem and solved it, I am very satisfied with the service and knowlegde of the people working here, also the Service Manager Dustin and Shop Foreman Junior were very very nice guys, I recommend it 100% with a big A+

The service I receive from them is so amazing.Tech is mike Watson if you have any problems with your apu he will get it fix. Had him come out today and fix apu that wasnt heating ro#53435Fixed it in no time and explained to my techs how and why it was not working before he worked his magic.

1 star because Technician did a good job.Service on my 7500 X4 reefer $600,so overpriced job was done in 1hour and 20min. Nationwide PM service goes from $300 to $400.No Thanks for next time. Happy Thanksgiving!

Husband called for after hour service at 5:10 a.m. The office lady called the on call guy. He called my husband and said he was on his way to meet us. We got there at 5:30 a.m and the guy was not there go talk to the office around 8 since they were now open. Lady remembers talking to my husband some guy in the office called someone and we were told 5 minutes and someone would start. They all knew we had a load of frozen food. 10.30 a.m. we are now leaving.

Stay away from them and their customers. They WILL try to scam you.Carriers - be aware. Something that should cost few hundreds dollars - they will charge you and your insurance THOUSANDS.

Great people to work with. Reefer battery died on a hot Friday mid afternoon. Drove over there, checked in and they worked me in within about an hour wait. Mechanic was very friendly and good at his job. Got me out well before 5:00 PM with a new battery replaced under warranty.Large place with sufficient parking and friendly and efficient check-in experience.

Worst service for after hours their services man Tony like waited for him over two hours of their gate in Dallas never call me back before that I was at Temple TX their services man came said have no parts I call some one else the problem was the belt was lose almost l. lost my load its strawberry they dont care I dont recommend

My unit quit with a load of ice cream,with an outside temp of 100. This was early on Saturday evening,but a mechanic got to their shop right after I showed up,got me fixed in about 2 hours and saved my load. Can’t beat that.Your Carrier reefer quits,call W+B. You won’t be disappointed.

I stopped in here for the first time this morning to get my air conditioner fixed on my truck. Rusty got me all fixed up and rolling really quick. Everyone was super nice and theres a driver lounge with a tv. They left a remote control out so I wasnt stuck watching FOX News or some dumb reality show. Also, once my air conditioner was done, Rusty took the extra minute to replace a missing clip on a piece of body trim that had been hanging loose on the bottom of my truck. Awesome! I highly recommend this shop and would be happy to return in the future.

This place is awesome. They really need to teach other places EFFICIENCY, CUSTOMER SERVICE, INTEGRITY.... THIS PLACE HAS IT ALL CONSISTENTLY EVERY TIME IVE BEEN HERE!! they must have some outstanding management to have picked such excellent staff .......and trained everyone di wellin customer service....I cantsay enuff good stuff about these guys.... also the w&b in harlingen and pharr... this is why I think it must be management, as so many of their branches are consistently excellent in service. Great job! Please give lessons to volvo dealerships..they need a lot of help
