My family and I ended up having to stay in Dallas one night due to missing a flight. We met up with family who already live in Dallas at this Pizza Inn! It had great food, my teenage kids highly approved. We were told the cheeseburger pizza was a favorite and it did not disappoint. I wasn’t to sure at first because I’ve seen other places try burger pizzas and they don’t look that good, but the pizza here was yummy!!! We also enjoyed the buffulo chicken wings. The place is so clean and TVs are up and ready for watching games. Definitely hoping to visit Dallas in the future to see family and stopping here again to try other pizzas as well.

Order was perfect. Pizza and wings were amazing. We had the Veggie Max, Buffalo Chicken, and Meaty Max pizzas. We would recommend all three flavors. Also, the Sweet Asian Chili wings were so good. Definitely adding to our family dinner restaurant list!

My wife and I highly recommend this restaurant. The pizza was delicious and you also get free fountain drinks. I have never experienced that at a restaurant. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and courteous. We met the new owners and they were very friendly and attentive to our needs. I would give it more than five stars if I was able to.

This Pizza Inn location is owned by brother and this 5 star rating is not because he’s my brother. The pizza and all the other things on the menu are great!! I love the fact that you can watch anything on his big screen TV’s. It’s an awesome place to check out football games. What more can you ask for pizza, football and I forgot BYOB. Come out and check out his place you won’t be disappointed. For those that had bad experiences before my brother was the owner, come back. This location is no longer the same.

They have a DRIVE THRU! oh my goodness...pizza inn fans from the 80s will understand. This is hands down the old school, fennel smell coming through the box, crispy thin crust throwback Pizza Inn nostalgia right here. And it comes HOT to your car via curbside delivery. And dont sleep on the wings....no slimy skin on these wings...cooked to perfection. This is an A+.

Highly recommend coming over for the COWBOYS football game, great atmosphere, the pizza is superb 🙌🏻 and the cinnamon Stromboli 🤤 but I fell in love with the spinach Alfredo pizza, chefs kiss!!!!Definitely coming back, it was a great place to grab a bite to eat after church and to watch the cowboys.

My love loves pizza inn and we were not disappointed. He normally doesnt eat all of his pizza from other places, but he ate this one.

Worked here for a bit the wings you people eat are not always freshly made they either have been in the freezer for a day or two they just reheat them and sell them to you like that and they constantly run out of produce you people buy the supreme and meaty max don’t even get all the items on it and they don’t tell you over the phone what items that’s missing on it but they’ll make you pay full price

Came in the early evening for dinner with the family, immediately got the feeling of being unwelcome by the staff. No one greeted us or even spoke to us till we approached the staff. Upon entering the dining area, we saw that there was hardly anything out for the buffet. Also, there were flies in most of the food and it was a mess! We reluctantly stayed and ate even though all they brought out was one fresh pizza and were still pretty rude. We wouldve have left if they hadnt made us pay first. Will be crossing this particular Pizza inn of our list of choices. Well just make the trip to the one in Mesquite next time.Also! The television was on some stupid channel with a lot of cussing! I didnt appreciate my daughter having to listen to that junk while we were TRYING to have a family dinner 😡

I just miss the buffet. They remodeled adding several TVs. Unfortunately they didnt do any improvements to the bathrooms. God it reminds me of a gas station restroom. REALLY beaten up.

Well they dont have the buffet anymore the buffet counter is completely gone. But the pizza and salad I ordered was delicious its a great improvement over what this location used to be like. And I found that they have a new owner who has remodeled and made the food better.

Ordered two pizzas to go and one was textbook perfect and the other was exactly 100% wrong. Still tasty though. Just check your pizzas. Support your Pizza Inn because this chain deserves a renaissance.

🖐️STOP dont eat here. Fly issues among there problems. Would NOT recommend this place. Customer service was very bad. Buffet was a mess, server seemed to not care at all. We arrived at 7:35pm. They said we had to pay first. Manager (Josh) did not say the buffet closed at 8:00 pm. So everything was a miss. They even charged a land a buffet salad and there was no salad stuff. 44.00 later, no refunds policy. This place is a total gross rip off. 👎👎👎👎👎

Went last night for dinner and the new owner/management greeted us and was very friendly. He told us Monday was his first day and you can tell from the other employees the environment has a good vibe. We got a large cheeseburger and large pepperoni, both were good but the cheeseburger was amazing and delicious. Highly recommend ordering here, also was very fast service and pizza was hot.

My pizza looked so good I wanted to take a picture, but I couldnt wait to start eating it. It was perfect in every way.

Wow, this by far was the worst experience I’ve had at Pizza Inn. Disappointing, to the say the least, even with touting “Under New Management” I wonder how much worse this place was. STAY AWAY.

My online order was made perfectly. The new garlic crust is delicious! Unfortunately, this location wont be serving buffets, but the inside is being remodeling, and you can still order from the full menu.

Yesterday my brother picked up pizza on the first day of new owner/management. Pizza was hot and tasty and both my daughter and I enjoyed it. I honestly had written off Pizza Inn, but I think change is good. Look forward to supporting this local business and seeing good things happen at this location.

The buffet was so sparse when we showed up.There was no toilet paper in the restroom.There is still an HVAC leak in the ceiling.The silverware looked like it had water stains or had just been in water instead of washed.My shoes squeaked when walking across the floor due to the floor being sticky. Tables did not appear to have clean since they were sticky.1 of 2 restrooms out of order.The alfredo sauce looked like a cheese sauce but did not taste like either.There also better ways to display the American flag in all its glory.

I went to visit Pizza Inn 🍕🍕 for the first time on Monday and it was so delicious. I had the pepperoni and pineapple, it was so fresh and hot. I give it two thumbs up ! Come and enjoy some delicious pizza and more.

We came in because we heard it is under new management, we decided to try the hamburger pizza and it is delicious, the dough is freshly made daily. The new manager is super friendly, I will definitely be coming back soon.

My family and I dined in lunch. The restaurant was unprepared for dine in service. They were not very productive or polite. The waitress had no people skills. It looked like she was forced to wait tables and not her normal kitchen job.

Too if the line ingredients fresh and delicious. I recommend the chocolate chip dessert pizza, only place in town where you get it. ....staff is friendly and very prompt...

The pizza is so fresh and super delicious! The spaghetti was great and extra cheesey. We had the Cinnamon stromboli dessert...and we are so full and happy with how it all tasted. Definitely stop by and check it out. You wont be disappointed.

Ordered a Supreme pizza with jalapeños pizza presentation was horrible. Too much sauce, not enough cheese to cover pizza. Mentioned to Manager about too much sauce he advised next time tell them light sauce. Not the response that should have been given.

Waited for 2 hours for a cold pizza to come i had to call after 1:20 minutes told the driver was on the way.Pizza should up cold called the story talked to a manager on duty said he did not know it could be cold ask to speak to the person in charge said they were not in but would call him.The owner is a man named Raheem told the manager to have the driver leave a cold pizza I had already sent the driver back with the cold pizza but would never even call me to see how bad his restaurant is being ran.I can not speak for anyone but me I do not need bad owners and managers wanting to sale me cold pizza. The sign says under new management. They are correct, and not for the better. First of all, this was right at noon, and only one pizza was on the buffet. So, I ordered my usual made-to-order small. When it arrived, it was in a delivery box and not on a pizza plate. Apparently they packed it so fast that a slice of pizza fell out of the box when I opened it. It fell right onto my hand and scalded it. Also, the past manager always made sure the meat portions were plentiful on a made-to-order. This was more along the lines of buffet portions. Probably wont be back.

This place is the worst ran pizza place in the world. I ordered a pizza never got it was lied to 3 Times. First lie was they couldn’t find my address. Second lie was they had the wrong address. When I caught them in the second lie They came with the third and final lie the Driver got Robbed. OMG. After all that they didn’t want to give me a refund like all that was my fault. I would love to speak to the owner of this franchise.

Buffet was horrible. They didnt tell me you had to order pizzas to be able to get them. It was maybe 3 or 4 people in there so pretty slow, but none of the workers bothered to clear the tables or clean them.

Good food, you have 4 to 5 staff members, no one in dinning area, all orders filled someone or 2 people could be cleaning sitting booths, tables, and sweeping the floor. All was dirty you could see food under every table. Poor management.

Wasn’t all that excited about this place. The staff was awesome. There was no pizza on the bar but maybe a few cold slices but they did ask what kind of pizza we would like as we were walking in and had it out pretty fast. It does need an upgrade it is a little run down.

My coworker and I went for their lunch buffet. The service was nah. The buffet was nah. No food out. No pizza or salad. We had to ask them about putting more pizza and salad out. The pizza was nah. I would not go again. Its nothing like it use to be back than. They need to invest in the eating area. The booths are warn out. I dont think Ill be back.

Bad customer service, surprise that they are in service. There was a guy doing the pizza he didnt acknowledged when i walked in but saw me. Waited but 5-10 minutes when a someone else from the kitchen walked in and he said theres someone at the window. Not going there again.

Ordered my favorite thin crust with pep and sausage. Very fast and friendly service. The crust wasnt burnt at all or under cooked. Great job Pizza Inn.

My favorite pizza restaurant. I have been enjoying pizza inn for 40yrs. The restaurant needs a makeover, but the food was great. The staff was polite and helpful.

Pizza is great. However, last time i went the crust on one of the pizzas was wrong. Really didnt want to wait for them to cook another pizza while the other got cold, so no biggie, ill take it home. The issue i have is with the staff. Nobody seems to want to be there, are very short with customer interactions and do heavy sighs when they have to speak. It makes you feel like a burden instead of a customer. The issue has been at drive through and phone interactions. Perhaps pay a slightly higher wage and hire people with better personalities or the skill of customer service. The young man currently doing it doesnt seem to have that at all.

It was like reliving my childhood my fondest new Braves have always been a family dinners at buffets growing up especially on Sundays the staff were extremely helpful you can get custom pizzas made if there arent any on the buffet that you dont like a very cheerful and happy staff good management shows here!

I have loved Pizza Inn since I was a child. The Pizza is good and the salad. The customer service is great, Johnathan is the best.The inside needs a makeover badly. Im at the point where I will only do carryout only. The plates are old and need to be replaced. The tables are sticky buildup from over time. The floors...well.

The best thing was the salad, the buffet had 2 pizzas on it and it looked like it had been sitting there forever, had to get up and ask them if they were putting more pizza out, the 2 employees that I saw were to busy on their phones to even acknowledge anyone, finally someone said yes we are putting more out, it was the same kind that was already on there so only 2 pizzas were out on the buffet and there were several people in there how is 2 pizzas going to feed at least 15 people. Its a buffet you should have more than 2 pizzas on it and have a variety, the noodles were over cooked very chewy, will not return at least to that location.

I love this place. The pizzas always hot and tasty. The employees are always polite. I feel at home whenever i go. It has the feel of a quaint neighborhood pizzeria.

I wish I could make this zero stars. I ordered two pizzas and an order of pepperoni twists for delivery. They delivered the pizzas but the twists were missing. I told the driver and she said she would go back and get them. Ok fine, I thought its an honest mistake. I wait...10 minutes, then 20, then 30 minutes have passed and still no twists. I try calling the store. I am put on hold and wait 5 minutes. I hang up and Im put on hold again. I call one more time, the phone rings and the call disconnects. Now what? I guess Im going to have to go to the store. So much for that delivery charge and tip Ive already paid. At the store counter I speak to the manager. He says his name is Chelsey. I tell Chelsey that I want a refund for the item that was not delivered. He says it is on it way there now. I say that I had to physically come down to the store and that is not delivery, I want my money back. He says I cant give you a refund because I dont have access to the safe. So Im out around $10 for an item I never received and the tip I paid for service I did not get. Papa Johns is right next door and if their website was not down I would have ordered from them. This is the kind of treatment you can expect from the Pizza Inn in Duncanville. Never again.

I like Pizza Inn, and they are hard to find. They will make special requests for the buffet. The salad bar does not have great variety, but the quality of what they do have is pretty decent. The staff at this location is far friendlier than the one in Midlothian. My main complaint with this spot is that the booths need a complete overhaul.

I have never been so disappointed! The resturant was filthy! Tables full of dirty dishes, pizza in the floor, salad bar not stocked and employees sitting in chairs on their phones.

We have eaten at this pizza inn many times during the day. We ordered our pizza to go tonight. The order was completely wrong. Was very disappointed. When we called up there they asked if we had a receipt. Its raining and cold tonight and just had to settle for what they gave us.

Im sorry that I dont see any stars, I would give it none. When we got there at 5:00pm for the buffet, there was no pizza. They want you to fill up on salad. We waited almost 10 minutes and they put out two pizzas for all of us. There were 3 tables of people. one with 4 people, ours with 3, and another with 3. Two pizzas huh. And then we waited for 15 minutes and when they didnt bring another one out, I went to the counter and asked if that was all the pizza for the night. The lady answered that they had to cook it. I told her all these people were waiting for pizza. She said again it was cooking. I told her it was called planning, like for a pizza buffet. I guess its all you can get, rather than all you can eat. The finally brought out 2 more, and again they were gone, and no more. We left. If you want to get a treat, my wife went into the bathroom. It was a very dirty floor, paper and trash on the floor, and the sink was full of water and it would not drain and it was dirty. This place must be broke. We cant believe that we passed up cicis, and pizza hut buffet for this. Pizza Inn is going down the toilet, but obviously, not their own toilet, its stopped up too. We have pictures but no place to post them of the bathroom. If you want some food, go somewhere else and forget this place.

This place is sad. Paid almost 20. Sat around waiting for pizza. They bring out 1. There are around 20 people in here. Pizza was gone before the tray was set down. This place needs new employees . And new management. If they cant keep the buffet people happy stop selling it.

Everytime I visit this place for the buffet I have a good time. Now it is run down and it could totally use a make over but the food is always fresh and the staff friendly.

My husband and I visited this location several times in the past. Today was the absolute WORST visit ever! First of all, they only had two half eaten pizzas left. There was NO salad on the salad bar. There were kids playing in the kitchen. I was told I couldnt get my own drink. Someone would bring it to us. It took her a minute to get to the table. My husband told her there wasnt any salad. She said shed go cut some up. Then we saw her running back in the restaurant from outside laughing. No one seem to care or even ask if we needed anything until we were leaving. There were too many young adults working there without supervision. We will not be returning here EVER
