Customer service is great. They were very helpful and responsive. I gave 3 stars because the couch I purchased 2 months ago is not comfortable. You can hear squeaky sounds when you sit down and also feel the wood.

I had a amazing experience with step by step furniture, from the moment I walked in to the moment the furniture was delivered and assembled. the lady at the store was more than helpful and super sweet throughout the whole process. The prices were super reasonable & affordable, all the furniture were high quality & very appealing to the eye. their delivery service was very prompt, they called before arriving and called when they got here. the gentleman was very professional and did an amazing job assembling my bedroom furniture. I am definitely shopping here again for my next set and will definitely refer them to my family and friends.

Misleading, Deceptive Or OffensiveListings may not contain deceptive, false, misleading or offensive offers or products.They have many deceptive ads like this.I sent the girl posting the ad a message to adjust the price and just look at how unprofessional she is.I am not blurring out any names as the ads she is posting are public so there is no need.

DO NOT GIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT ANY BUSINESS!! The young girl is very rude! We parked there and decided to look in the store next door first and there second. There is NO sign that says parking only for their store. As we were leaving out the store, she says next time you have to park over there and you parked bad so my manager will automatically call to have you towed. I told her it wouldn’t matter because we would not be back.From the looks of it.. she should have welcomed ANY customer since they had none.
