Im just going to give the review of my experience. I was greeted at the live I was a friend. When going over rules, he mad sure I understood. Not only did I enjoyed the range. I also loved their patients on helping me find my next dream purchase. I did not feel rushed. Thats good business. I will be back. I am also enjoying my new purchase. Thanks for your patience.

I did gun safety training with Kelly and he was awesome. Kelly made me feel like Superwoman by the time I was done. Some of the other gentleman weren’t as friendly when I first went in and that made me a little uneasy, but after the next visit they were actually some alright old dudes. They’re just straight to the point and matter of fact guys. I like this place. A hidden gem.

Very personable, yet strictly safety oriented. Pricing is quite fair. They have handgun rentals. Range is only for handgun ammunition. Gunsmith is available and he has done a couple jobs for me. Ammunition is available for sale but only for use at the range. Worth giving them a try. We are pleased with their services.

Bought a gun from them a 7.62 rifle in ar platform and it broke on me in under 60ish rounds well I take it up there and they took care of me and got the gun fixed some good folk up there didnt charge me for fixing it with was very nice.

Second time coming to shoot here. They provide everything you need.

I went in this evening and talked to 2 of the guy working, they were both very kind and answered my questions and informed me about some recalls. They had paperwork to do but stopped to help me and show me some guns that would be good for my husband. I didnt feel I was getting their attention because I was a female but because I needed the information. I was there for almost an hour and no I didnt leave with anything but they still made me feel welcomed. Went I decided on what to get my husband I think I will buy from them if they have what I am looking for and they had a few so I think I will be getting it from them. Thank you all that were working at 4pm and helped me out.

Its a modest and out of the way gun range. I had a little trouble finding it actually cause the signs are so small. Once inside though the staff was very friendly and helpful. They also offer classes and are willing to help a new gun owner figure out the basics.

Went in today to purchase 9mm ammo and asked a tall thin male for ammo price, he told me $37 dollars for Target ammo Out the door ammo!Seriously dude? Gouging the prices, I can only imagine the prices for firearms!We will remember your gouging when the ammo retuns & I also know many people that goes to your Range, so dont be surprised when you begin loosing business!New firearm owners, dont pay these ridiculous prices for ammo this Range has to offer and if you do purchase firearms from them, do your research on the prices beforehand!

Dont go here, if you dont want to feel uncomfortable (especially kids), avoid this place at all costs. They make me feel like theyre extremely prejudice. My friend who is disabled was disrespected and I followed up on an email and was basically told to F off and cry somewhere else. Overpriced just to feel uncomfortable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This week has been my first experience going to a shooting range ever, with the exception of 25 years on military ranges. All of the employees were very nice and helpful. Ive been fortunate that the three times I went this week were on weekdays so they werent crowded. I just went to the Concealed Carry course today and the instructors were very knowledgeable, helpful, pleasant, and very professional. I was also impressed that they acted just like I recalled in the military when we all went on the range. No funny business, but still helpful to those that lacked experience. I was also able to shop around in the store a bit during breaks and noticed they had a nice assortment of firearms and accessories. Ill be going back there often!

Really great place to not only buy your weapons, but to practice shooting them as well, the two gentleman at the counter were very informative and educated me on making a good buy. Thanks 5 stars!

The people have always been nice. The facility is not the best but it is a very good place to practice. Prices for ammo are very reasonable fore a gun range. Most other places gouge you on the ammo because you are there and you ran out. Been shooting there for 3 years and the experience is very consistent.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! The guy behind the counter, heavy set extremely bleached out hair has the worst customer service. Whoever thought to put him behind the counter to deal with the customers should really reconsider this. This is my 4th time going and my first and last time dealing with that guy. Will never return again!

Great place. People working in the shop very friendly and helpful. Just as an fyi to people for general knowledge this is a gun shop and gun range understand that and respect that before walking in. Very enjoyable for people that follow and understand mutual respect for one another.

Not well ventilated and for indoor range AC was not working very well at all as it was an uncomfortable experience.

Awesome service. This was my sons first time in the place. The nice lady did an awesome job covering the basics. It really made him feel relaxed being in a well managed operation.

Called to see if they had a Glock 20 in stock. Lady told me no, but they could order. I asked how much. With disgust in her voice, she tells me she has to look it up. She puts the phone down and says “they always have to ask the price.”Ma’am, the “they” that you are referring to are your customers. You know, the ones that keep you in business. How about being a little friendlier. You aren’t the only shop in town. You lost a sale today.

Horrible Experience. Started off fine. Found it easily. The older woman and man were personable and patient. Gave us clear instructions. Went to shoot and the guy 3 spots down had what seemed to be a bigger gun than a 45 (my husband has a 45 and his bullets are much smaller).So as the walls shook and the casings attacked us (I was in number 5 and he was in 2) I waited and waited. Finally I gave up. This place is too small. They dont check the handguns going in. Heck they didnt ask to see my license or my gun. Totally different than Alpine in Fort Worth. Not to mention $12 to shoot when Alpine is $7. Thought I would save myself the drive. I paid for that idea. $5 for range card (Alpine doesnt have that) and $12 to shoot. Lets not forget allowing all types of guns in the little range. I will never make that mistake again.

This is the worst Ive ever been treated while trying to spend MY money.I read another review that said customer service had gone down under new ownership, well Isaw it first hand. Fred treated me like I should feel privileged to spend my money there andhe could care less whether I did or not. With this type of disrespectful customer service,I have no doubt this place will close down soon and Fred will be the biggest factor.

The customer service here is horrible. Ive been a customer here for years and I stopped by with a new .44 I wanted to try out. The man at the counter took my mag rounds and yelled at me for bringing them. I brought specials too and he said I could go in with that. Said I needed to reread the range rules or I wouldnt be able to come back. Got my ammo once I was leaving but I known Ill never be coming back.

Just left this place and and I wont be returning. They obviously dont care about running off paying customers. I had my merchandise on the counter ready to pay before a old man in the back came out eyeing me with his hand on his gun, trying to intimidate me. I will definitely let all my gun loving buddies know about the experience I had there today.

I have patronized many places around the area. Some places better than others. For some reason, I decided to check this place out. Most of the time when I walk into a gun place, there is an initial stand offish kind of vibe. Not at this place. At first, I was going to check the place out, maybe just rent a pistol. What I got was a guy named Fred who was willing to help and show me what I wanted to see. No stand offish crap or snobbishness, just service. There was a pistol I always wanted to get. It was a few dollars more than I have seen it in other stores, but due to the service, I did not care. He even went through the trouble of sizing holsters for it. I purchased it. Will be doing more purchases from them in the future.I then tried out their range. The No Head Shot rule was a little strange, but it was OK. There is not AC which could be problematic. However, I mostly patronize outdoor ranges so it did not bother me. I did like the fact that they require patrons to pick up their own brass behind the firing line. Make for a neater place!!!I do not know what kind of things would cause someone to give this place a bad review. It is not the best place I have ever been, but the proprietors make up for it. Definitely worth a visit!

Really helpful staff, read a lot of negative reviews about the staff being rude and what not saying they were “intimidating”. I mean this is a gun range everyone with a gun is intimidating obviously the staff will have a gun they work at a gun range. I’ve had really stuck up staff at other ranges but the staff here were always happy to help and answer any questions I had.

Ive been the occasional range user for a few years here and have never had any issues. Prices are a bit high for supplies, but that is pretty common in gun shops like this. Range prices are reasonable.My main issue with the range is the poor lighting and questionable ventilation. This isnt so much an issue that I dont go, but it would be nice if they gave the range a refresh now and then.Bottom Line:Not sure what the poor service reviews are as I have not encountered this. Range is functional and seems to always have lanes available. I suggest this place if you are in the area to shoot.

I was greeted by a friendly woman who was helpful and kind; however, there is a guy who works there who is condescending and rude. The range rules, as written, do not prohibit drawing from the holster and firing. I questioned this to be certain, and this guy’s response was not only contradictory to the written policy, it was.... I’ll just say, “un-Texan.” ;) Last I checked, we treat each other with dignity and respect.

I took my brother here for the first time to learn about firearms. I had been here before, but for some reason I had forgotten my membership card. As I approached the counter I had told the clerk I was looking for my membership card, i told him politely to give me a second. Before I knew it he was hollering Can I help you and repeated over and over again. Until I told him I needed a new card. My brother asked me if they normally spoke to customers that way? I was so embarrassed, that I never went back to that gun range. The only reason I gave it 2 stars, was for the fact that it was close to my home.

Able to shoot in safe place, good ranges, safety protocols to follow while in the store and shooting range. I prefer more lighting and, during the summer, more air conditioning on the range otherwise a five star rating.

Went in today to purchase some ammo and was told I cannot purchase ammo “out the door” that I could only purchase ammo if I was going to shoot there 20$ fee to use range, they had plenty from what I seen behind the counter but was told he couldn’t get any so I couldn’t get any only if I shoot there I’m never going back !

People seemed nice. But transfer price for a firearm is by far the most I have ever paid. $32 here for an FFL transfer. Go elsewhere. Most are $15 and max is $20 I have paid until here.

Fast friendly service, very knowledgeable. Was my first time going so shooter card was 5$ and range was 12$ total of 18.40. But after your first visit just 12$ for range fee.

Hit or miss with customer service. Made a purchase, higher than what it needed to be but since it was down the street went here just in case of issues. Had I did more shopping around I could of saved myself about $100 bucks. The guys were real cool to me during my purchase. Came in a month later to use the range and acted if I was there to steal. Real hassle to use their range. Had my younger brother with me which their website says kids can shoot with guardian with them, which I am his guardian. However, went in there and they asked for his ID which mentioned he was a minor but the guy on the other-side of the counter said “just like a bar, no ID no service”. I found this ironic as a bar serves alcohol for customers over the age of “21” not “18”, which he is a MINOR and website says they can shoot. Needless to say made my one and only purchase and won’t return unless I need ammo.

A varied but small stock of guns. The staff will help if you ask but will keep to themselves if you dont. Nothing special, but nothing bad either.

Might possibly be the most uncomfortable gun shop trip I have ever had, the employees were fighting over paperwork issues and the lady there had to break it up before it became physical. Not a great selection of firearms. But truthfully I didn’t stick around to look since there was about the be a fight.

Dusty, very poor lighting, poor a/c & heat control. Wouldnt visit even if I was desperate.

The range fee was $20. They advertise that its only $12.00 but you dont find out about the extra $5 they charge you as a first timer until after they ring you up. So after tax its pretty close to $20.Also, I kept getting hit by small pieces of metal. At first i thought they were just casings, but upon closer inspection I noticed it was actually pieces of copper jacketing from a bullet. I was using ball ammo so it was definitely from another shooter. Perhaps this is why they dont allow magnum ammo here. Thats right, no magnum ammo allowed. That is a first for any range ive been to.Also, if you are using a silhouette target, you are not allowed to aim at the head of the target. I dont have a clue why youre not allowed to practice head shots there, but it was just another thing that took the fun out of shooting.

Great place awesome staff. I did my license to carry class here. I’d shoot here every weekend if I could.

Had a pretty good experience being in there for the first time I will highly recommend, everybodys a patriot and really down-to-earth people. If you looking into getting your CHL this is the place where you want to go. Shout out to the coolest CHL instructor Bill Springer.

Today I went to purchase my first handgun. I called many places looking for a specific piece so I called she told me they had in stock they held it and gave me a good price very nice and helpful would recommend.

Bought my wifes clock 19 here, place is great the people are nice and welcoming .

I had a good experience. I went on a week day. It was just me and another person in the range. And i didnt feel the pressure of anyone starring me down watching my everymove like in other ranges. But no headshots allowed.

Bad lighting, not climate controlled and the owner, the little short fat dude and his mouthpiece,the tall old man likes to yell at customers. Dont bring tula ammo or aluminum case ammo either or they will have another reason to yell at you.
