They only had one of the item in stock that I needed and had been checking stock for 3-4 months. The one item was being used as display and the Store Manager, Daniel, WOULD NOT sell it to me(I begged), even though its sold out everywhere (including the factory) So it will probably be discontinued and discarded. So sad. The young male supervisor was helpful however and found me a product that was cheaper and saved me some coin. Kudos to him. He is a great employee. The manager and company,however arent customer service oriented and just as wasteful as Sephora and I wont be back. DISAPPOINTED

Love shopping here. Just walking around the store and seeing what they have. I was looking for string lights for my garden. They rearranged their shelves so it took me awhile to find what I wanted. And when I did, it was on sale! Score! Neat and clean as always. A pleasure to shop here. I wonder if they do military discounts? Hummm. Go visit Im sure youll find that tool youll need to complete that project.

The staff is always helpful and decent tools for a low cost I bought me and my kids each 1 of these boats they are awesome everything comes with a 90 day warranty guaranteed pretty fast to be electric and on water

We were in line 10/15 mins to closing as my husband walks up with a vintage Boyz in the Hood TShirt. The older white supervisor greets us and states made a reference of the car on the shirt. He then says, I just seen realized that was based on a true story. He chats it up w my husband and proceeds to check us out. Then he jokingly invites my husband to the poker game, after closing hours. Then a younger white sup maybe named Justin, (it has been 2 weeks since occurence, def a name with a J) states if you all cant play poker, well have spades & dominoes for you. My husband was VERY OFFENDED by the statement and he is the mild/meek one between the both of us. We just kind of stared at him like okay. That reference was very inappropriate and unwarranted. First time and will not return.

GREAT PLACE FOR TRUCK DELIVERIES.. ENTER BY THE WHATABURGER MAKE wide right turn at end go down till you see Docks.. Easy to back in dock huge in back to get straight and back into dock. Also big enough to spend the night before delivery in back.

I purchased a good amount of items for $44 so I’m very happy. I know if I would have gotten the same items from somewhere else the total would have doubled.

The help is lost at sea. Dont know what it is or where to find it or if it is even in stock. But I did find what I needed in spite of the help.

Theyre never stocked on tools 🔧🙄 so I would say call before you go but you know how that goes Especially if theres only 1 or 2 more sets available... SMDH

Next to home depot and Loews, this is my 3rd favorite place to shop.

I am a harbor freight junkie. I was visiting from out of town and had time to kill. My wife would tell you my idea of a vacation is going to a different harbor freight. This store is one of the cleanest, best stocked harbor freight stores Ive been in. The customer service was beyond amazing. They actually spoke to me in the aisle and helped me find something without asking or hunting them down. The clerk bantered with customers and just made them feel at home. I would recommend to upper management you check these guys out and export these guys skills to all your stores.

Prices are low and cheap. But the tools quality are cheap and low also. Bring us better quality tools and I will give 5 ⭐.I bought the gold membership but they only give you discounts on a few certain tools and its different few tools and items each month.!! ☹️I wish they had a point system like most Autoparts have for their customers. The more you buy, the more points you get. And you could use the points to redeem for tools and products.

This is the worst harbor freight in the country. I went today to buy simple items the line was long I waited and they finally open another register. Then the cashier says my system can only do cash now I got out of a line to get in the new line. So I left id rather order it online than to ever deal with this place again. They are rhe worst. No customer service and business flies inside the store.

Harbor Fright seems pretty good. The prices that I glanced at looked pretty reasonable. The store was clean and although there was a long line help was called to open another register. I didnt buy anything because they didnt have what I needed, the only reason for a 4 star rating.

They have everything a person who, fixes, builds, repairs, and creates. At a price the will not break the bank. The only problem I have, is not enough time to explore the store.Note for the management;If you see the same person with a cart half full for more then 2 hrs, offer them water 💧 🙄 because they have lost all time and space. Tools are very hypnotic.I got a call from my wife once. Asking are you coming home at some point? But of course, I replied, I have only 4 more rows to look at. What if you get hungry? Great store.....went to look for a power washer and lawn mower...they had it clean and the store has a great inventory ...check them out I get coupons from them from their sales so check out their flyers for hot deals

Wide selection of tools. It was my first time here and I didnt know that items discounted with orange labels are for members only. They have a membership with a yearly fee. The people could have been nicer. The guy I asked to check if they had an item in stock never came back. I waited for while.

Not a comment against this location per se, but sad to see the 20% off coupon vanish from this place. Their products are not the best, but worthy of any novice tradesman or backyard DIY person. However what made the difference was a slightly less expensive alternative to other places. That gap appears to have been all but closed now for the majority of their tool offerings.

Harbor Freight has really upped their game from what I remember of them years ago. The stores are cleaner, the products are higher quality, and the staff is friendlier and more helpful. Ive been to this store more often in the last year than in the previous 10.

They just dont answer the phone. I waited 16 min yesterday . another time 22 & i hanged up. And if they do theyll tell u that its just a display & the other one is damaged, not to go & check it. not willing to help or work. Sheer laziness.

Could not find anyone to answer any questions and when I went to the cashier and asked if I could order additional parts online he just said I dont know. In the past, they usually want to help sell you everything they can. There was no one behind me in line waiting to be rung up.

For one if you are not white they will follow you through the store like Im gonna shop lift a lawn mower I felt so uncomfortable I only bought a couple of things before I checked I ask to use the bathroom when I came out of the restroom 3 workers were right there my first time and last time going there well save your money its basically a dollar store for cheap tools

The manager was rude and very unprofessional I will never spend money there again or refer anyone to that location

This place is non expensive but the price I like. Im not a membership being a membership low discount and coupon, deals I like the most.

They should have bigger signs stating why something is cheaper rather than going to register and them having to explain its a member thing, only little orange sign that says cheaper price...confusing

Managers praising the president in front of customers. One was a female, boind hair. Harbor freight is about tools not polics. They were talking in front of an African American couple who were clearly uncomfortable. I wont be back.

I waa able to find the item i needed (hand sander) plus my 20% off and thats definitely my to go tool store.

Employees are nice but dont seem to know how to run their store or know where anything is and one employee urinated all over the floor in the bathroom as I went behind him very nasty

They need more than 2 registers open. Their business brisk. Very long lines.But I like H.F., and will still depend on them for my tool needs.

They had the item I needed in stock. A tool person could get distracted with all that is available in this store. Just be sure to have your coupon(s) handy. The circulars in the store may not have the item at the price you found at home or online. I would have given it 5 stars, but the location did not have automatic doors. A much needed convenience when lugging a 75 pound drain cleaner.

Open at 8 am. Employee was quick to show me were the product was. They were out of stock for was I was in search for. I didnt see any sales circulars as I have in other stores in the past.

Better this theme around. Long lines as usual, didnt have flags. But decent this time.

Great setup, can easily go on and get what I need and get out and not break the bank. Never have had an issue with any of the products sold to me. I will be a customer for life.
