Overall, not a good experience.We have been using this store since they opened and never, ever had to pay such excessive fees! Paying $16.99 for them to use one layer of bubble wrap around a 14” framed Hobby Lobby picture and a crumpled up piece of brown paper on top to keep things from rattling around the box (we had to ask for this) is over the top cost-wise. I understand that many prices have increased but paying over 60% more than normal is outrageous!! Definitely below normal customer service and pricing than what was expected.

Walked in 20 minutes before 3pm on a Sunday. Worked asked me why I’m waiting until the last minute to take care of my stuff when they’re about to close. Hate it when I hear a worker complain about their job just bc it’s almost closing time. Good thing it’s not 3 and you’re still on the clock. That time spent complaining could’ve been used to actually do your job and get you home faster.Also, to my knowledge ups does take usps packages since I just did it at another store just last week but worked refused to take it.

The best UPS store I have been to. Its near my job and easy access in and out. No long lines.

Notary name was copied down wrong after I gave proper Identification no excuse im sorry want cut it current loosing money on my business due to name claim documents filled out wrong from store im.sorry was just said to eventually end the conversation if I could come in I would have. Initially my experience with this location was less than stellar and caused additional stress to what was already a stressful time for my family but Sharee the store manager came to the rescue. I cant say enough about her patience, calm, care and professionalism. She took ownership of a situation that wasnt her fault, got involved and made several calls in order to get us our package. She showed understanding and compassion throughout! I am truly grateful for her.

Had to print, fax and then mail a letter, and I was able to do it all virtually trouble-free at this location. You email your document to their store email: [email protected], and they will print for you. (Found this out once I arrived, FYI) It was only $1.25 for a 5-pg document. Copies were .20 cent/pg, and the fax was $1/pg; a postage paid envelope was a buck...to get all of this done in less than ten minutes and for less than ten bucks was a timesaver, for sure. Couldn’t have done all of this at the post office. Mark assisted me the whole time, and he provided great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location: fast, friendly SERVICE.

The service Ive received at the particular store is always excellent. The staff is courteous and extremely friendly......especially the black mature gentleman, with the silver hair! Its hard to find quality service these days, and when i do, i always want to share my experiences. Kudos to your Duncanville staff!

I came in today with my grandbaby and got to meet Larry and the other friendly associate. They both was so kind, friendly and helpful. I had a package that needed tape up on one side and Larry taped it for me.He gave my grandson some stickers and my grandson put it on his shirt. He was so happy to see him. He look like Santa. The store was so neat . I will come back again

I made it 10 minutes before 3pm on Sunday April 18th and the doors were already locked and 2 workers were ignoring 3 customers standing outside knocking on the door. When I knocked she looked at us and continued to vacuum. I will be filling a complaint with corporate on Monday.

Very friendly employees. Customer service was awesome. I came in with a box that wasn’t sturdy for shipment and they helped me resolve my issue so that I can return the item.

Sharee was very nice and patient! The service is very show with hidden/unmentioned prices. The online printing fee and pack and label fee was not mentioned. I would have kept the product if Id know it would cost a 1/4 of the price to return it.

I love coming to this location. Reginald and his staff always goes above and beyond. I am so happy that a UPS Store is now in Duncanville.

Long lines and they $1.25 per sheet of paper printed. Crazy high compared to other ups stores where I have paid $0.10 per page. The guy told me it would have been cheaper if I had copy’s made instead buy that did make sense because it’s literally the same as far as ink and paper is concerned.
