I purchased a piece of bedroom furniture at New 4 You about one month before closing on my house. Joel, the owner, delivered it promptly to my new residence after my house closing.The price was fair. The delivery was on time.New 4 You has been in business a long time. It is a fine place to shop.

I have been coming to this store since we moved 3 years ago to Flordia. The quality of items is amazing, the variety, the uniqueness, the deliver is fast and easy, but the reason to keep coming back is the owner! Joel is the most amazing person. He makes an effort to remember you each time and then get to know you. It’s friendly, is great to support a local business and it’s the best experience ever! Highly recommend this place!!!!

Wow! Loved my newly discovered ‘New 4 You’ Store at 1572 Main Street in Dunedin. Joel truly owns a Fine Furniture and Decor store of imagination to enjoy the finer quality in my purchases. He is friendly and welcoming to his consignment store providing the space and time to discover his new arrivals of quality. I’d be shopping everyday if we lived closer.

Horrible experience in selling! I listed a Lazy Boy Power Reclining Sofa that was one year old in mint condition in June. Was told it would probably sell for $800 to 1200. I stopped into the store and called every month to find out when I was getting paid. I got the run around for 3 months and finally got paid a whopping $200. Joel is overly polite and friendly but he is deceptive. As in other bad reviews from sellers, Joel will turn the story around to make himself look good. He’s appalling! 😡

The service and attention to detail was great and included me in pricing my items!!! Would definitely recommend for shopping or consign games lots of amazing items to met any style!

I had left my credit card at the store after purchasing and having a great conversation with Penny :)......Joel took care of my card until I was able to retrieve. They have the cutest items for sale.....and at very reasonable prices. They are definitely in my thrift store circuit!

Awful customer service. As soon as we walked in the lady working gave us a dirty look. My daughter put two fingers on a piece of furniture and as I was picking her up the same lady said very annoyed “NO, NO, NO UGH!!” She also rolled her eyes and threw her head back.

Sellers beware. Owner is a Jekyl and Hyde. So friendly at first. Fought like crazy to get my proceeds from sales, as well as list of what sold when. Had to threaten police action before I received any money.Note, I hesitate posting this, because reviewing past posts from sellers, I see that he attacks them online. I am sure that I will get the same abuse. He is not to be trusted. I will never, ever patronize this business nor will I ever recommend it.

We just moved to the area and completely furnished our cottage with amazing finds from New 4 You. Joel was great to work with and quick to respond to all of my questions and requests as I was moving from out of state. I check their Facebook page daily for new items and have found some real treasures. It’s always a pleasure working with the associates there.

I just had to go on and l leave a review for this amazing little shop. Today was my first time in the store And I was immediately greeted by the nicest person I have ever met in sales Joel. He welcomed in with a big genuine smile asked me how my day was and was just so pleasant to speak with. He was so curtious to everyone coming in and even though Im a younger guy who just his first apartment he still gave me the time of day knowing I had a small budget and when I decided on a glass table top he was kind enough to carry it out and put it in the car for me. He was just so nice the whole time and it was a genuine pleasure to go to this shop I dont usually leave reviews but this place deserves it 5 stars and Ill definitely be back!

Arrogant owner..and the place smelled like musty, old furniture....would not recommend purchasing anything from that store. The owner,Joel responded to this review and he lied....he said that he would definitely be able to sell our item weeks ago after seeing the pictures and that he had us on the schedule I was never in the store prior to today. Once I saw the awful quality of the items....I told him I was going to do business with another consignment shop....Another note...the owner was awful to get in touch with....never calling back or replying to e-mails...such awful business etiquette!

Terrible customer service. Oh, I should have made it in all caps. TERRIBLE customer service from Joel. And he is not honest in my opinion. Watch out for what you leave and make sure he signs for every item. By the 4th month, he will make sure an item or 2 are missing from your list and claim he never had it. Thats when you will see his true colors come out. Stay away

We have visited several times and are always impressed by the freshness and quality of their merchandise. The owner is alway friendly and certainly knows his stuff. He has a good eye for merchandise and the prices are quite reasonable. Weve purchased several pieces for our condo during the last year. The owner graciously loaded the items for us in our Jeep each time.

This is by far the best second hand store in all of Tampa Bay. Ive been a couple times and I always walk out with something great. I got a desk and my couch here, and a gorgeous cedar trunk that I use as a coffee table. Honestly most of the furniture and art in my apartment is from this store!The inventory is always really high quality, its fairly priced, and theres a huge variety of really beautiful furniture pieces and unique antiques and art. The service is also a reason I have and will continue to return again and again - Joel, the owner, is incredibly nice and always willing to do whatever he can to help you out.

This consignment shop has nice quality items. It has three different rooms of home decor and furniture. The prices are competitive and the people are very welcoming. Parking could be limited.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much they carry definitely a reasonable price unfortunately I wasnt able to find what I was looking for but it wont stop me from coming in again. Great place to buy. NEVER EVER let them sell your items. Took me months to get paid after my items were sold. Best to take your items elsewhere.

You can always find cute pieces of furniture here. The salesmen do haggle a bit so you might be able to knock the price down. Also, if you buy something but cant take it home that day, theyll hold it for a month! They even offer a delivery service. I plan on using what I find here to furnish my new apartment.

Wonderful selection of home furnishings with some handmade art pieces for unusual decorative flare. Reasonably priced. Owner is wonderful to work with and very knowledgeable. We visit whenever we want to change or add to our decor.

Walked into New 4 You for the first time today looking for a couch. Immediately, we were welcomed by Joel promptly and with care. He checked up on us shortly after browsing, asking if we need any help, and was easy to talk to. The store is very well organized, unlike most other consignment shops, and this is probably the only one that didnt reek of must and age old leather. As an establishment, I respect this place, and appreciate the way that they do business and their work with social media to keep people updated on all the items coming through here. The owner will learn your name and what you like and SOMEHOW Joel keeps up with everything in his large collection of items for sale with encyclopedic knowledge of where it is and what else in the shop might go with it. My wife and I drive from Lakeland all the way out here once a month just to peruse the new items and see Joel. The owner Joel Craven collected 68 items from my home in Clearwater Florida, sent me an Excel sheet of items listed. He promised to deposit on 5th of each month monies into my Bank of America for sold items. In 11 months he only reported one time on schedule. After 11 months he has missing 38 items that he could not give to my representative and refused to pay for them. He also held back $200 dollars for pick up service which was not in our agreement before. His word can not be trusted! He is 2 faced and you need to know that.
