An unexpected visit, 30 minutes before closing, taught us so much about pet birds. The store was well stocked and Ed is most knowledgeable and helpful. You can tell he loves his birds and knows his subject!

First time there today and Im in love with this beautiful golden cap conure. Hopefully, everything works out and I can be his non-feather mama. 😍😍😍😍 The staff there are super friendly, very knowledgeable, and you can tell they really have a passion for the health of their feathered babies. Eddie was the fella that was helping my husband and I. We had so many questions and Eddie was so patient and informative. He really treated us like we were part of the family. As we looked around and played with the birds, the employees were cutting up fresh fruits and veggies for all of their birds and were handling all of their birds while speaking to them with so much love and affection. If you are looking for a bird, get one from here, their birds are well loved and wonderfully sweet. The shop is small, but so quaint, and cozy.

Several months ago I had been referred to this wonderful store while looking for a place to board my Macaw.I was so impressed and liked the owners so much that today I happily drove 3 hours to board my bird there again.

This shop is my go-to place for all things bird. The owners are experts when it comes to parrots and happy to answer my questions. They have a great selection of food (including high-end, natural products), toys, and treats - check out their bulk seed bins! Even if I stop by just to say hi, I never leave empty handed :)I purchased my pet cockatiel from them and I absolutely adore her. All of their birds are hand-raised with care and attention - they behave wonderfully and are fully socialized to be the perfect pet. There are also plans to get chicken feed in stock.You wont get this kind of attention, service, and EXPERTISE at a big box store. I highly recommend DB&M for all bird lovers, pet bird owners, and those thinking of adding a feathered friend to their lives.

On Google the hours stated that the store was open until 6:00. At around 5:35 my wife and I attempted to enter the store (the door was wide open) the man working there in a rude tone said were open until 5:00. When we said that online it stated they were open until 6:00 he scoffed and simply said huh?. Perhaps they should work on their information that is provided to the public, as well as their customer service.
