I dont know what the last person is referring to.With my repairs or used equipment purchases, the Zone Red staff is always pleasant and easy to deal with, even when they are slammed with work.My family and I have been going to Zone Red for years. Patrick is very knowledgeable and very fair and his prices reflect that.Unless its virus removal (and those prices are prominently displayed), I always get a phone call with the estimate for repairs before any work is done and Im always pleased with the results.I dont know what else a customer could ask for.

Would highly recommend this place for laptop repairs. I had taken my laptop to another repair shop and after one month or more they called to say it couldnt be fixed and they would be happy to put my hard drive in a comparable laptop if I wanted them to. Needless to say, I picked up my laptop from those fools. A friend told me about Patrick and his shop, Zone Red. I immediately took my laptop to Patrick and he was able to fix it in a couple of days. I cant thank him enough. Prices were fair and service was excellent. I would definitely use him again.

Anyone one who gives a bad review but wont put their name with it, has no credibility anyway! Zone Red is great. Many people dont realize youre not just paying the cost to repair your device, but youre also contributing to the cost to do business, which is enormous these days.
