Terrible. Don’t order delivery. Their shoppers and delivery personnel steal your whole order and say it’s been delivered. No one answers the phone there. It just rings. Go to N Highland location. SO much better plus has a deli. Or better yet, skip Walmart all together and go to Publix. This store is horrible and very unprofessional.
I always have a great experience at this pharmacy. Hunter is especially polite, helpful and always goes above and beyond to help me and answer any of my questions. I always appreciate good customer service.
The Walmart Pharmacy in Dunedin has dropped the ball more than once!!!!! I have constantly had to contact my doctor to have my prescription to get on Walmart. They are by far the worst pharmacy of Walmart ever. I requested my medication a week ago and it was never put in. I really needed my medication a week ago because I have a job in customer service and I need to be well mentally. I will be taking my business to CVS!!
Fantastic service!
Whenever I go to this pharmacy I know they will provide excellent service. They answer my questions and go out of their way to make sure that all my needs are met. (Hunter is amazing)! Hats off to all the staff! Thank you!
This location has the absolute worst Pharmacist employed! Every time I go to get my medication, he is rude, unprofessional and never lets you ask questions about the medication. Dr. Samuels I believe is the name of the pharmacist! I have moved my prescriptions to another pharmacy so I don’t have to deal with him!
Once again Ashley in the pharmacy pleasantly helped me get my prescriptions filled from a new Dr. and new insurance. Shes always very efficient, really helpful and totally nice & friendly. Nice work Girl 🙂
I read some negative comments from awhile back. However I think things have improved since I started there a few months ago. I havent had any problems.
Horrible customer service!!!!! I was told by Bob the pharmacist that after 4 hours of waiting for them to transfer my prescription, he would get to it when he could and if that was not fast enough then dont transfer it to start. He had 4 people in front of him. So they are more important then anyone else. Even those that waited 4 hours already. This is the worst pharmacy customer service I have encountered..Tanya
The two gentlemen that were working the night of 3/8/19 were extremely kind and helpful
I originally gave them one star roughly 2 years ago. My original review is below but I felt that it was worth updating to 4 stars because Ive seen a major improvement overall since my original review. They must have tossed the bad apples. The current staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Theres still a bit of wait especially during normal busy times but they now take the time to acknowledge each customer. Thanks for the improvements!Original review:Worst customer service ever. They act like its a MAJOR inconvenience to fill a prescription. Its obvious that they hate their jobs but they shouldnt take it out on the customer.
Long wait in store as well as drive through. Hire more people! Maybe if they had enough help customer service and efficiency and friendliness would occur!
Worse Pharmacist Ive dealt with. First of all, I had a bad reaction to a medication I received from them so my doctor specifically told me to request a certain manufacturer of the medication thats worked in the past with me. I call this order in every 30 days and every single time I call in the prescription the pharmacy fills it with the manufacturer that I had the bad reaction to. So every time I go there I have to wait 20 mins for them to count 30 pills out of the right manufacturers medication (which they ordered months of for me so its in stock there). They even put a NOTE on my file that one worker there told me personally is right next to my name in the computer. But, that seems to much work for these jokers to do.The pharmacist told me that I have to call each time and remind them or else wait 20 mins in the future because the note is too hard for them to read. This is pure laziness on their part they would rather have me have a bad reaction and be sent to the emergency room again instead of reading a note that takes 2 seconds on their part. And, BTW their call in number asks for the prescription number and thats it no other options to talk to a pharmacist or make a personal note ect. There is no local number to speak with them directly either.I guess I would have to expect this from a Walmart... I wont be dealing with them anymore Ive had it and I hope who ever reads this goes somewhere else to before you end up in the emergency room from their incompetence.
The Pharmacist (Tatiana) is outstanding. Im not sure if she was just filling in at this store, as I have dealt with her at another store, when she was filling in at Gulf To Bay Blvd. & Belcher Rd. HOWEVER..... The girl(s) are another story.... I pulled up to the drive thru, hit the call button atleast 10 times with no response. I then used my cell phone to call the pharmacy, the girl finally answered the phone. I said to her that I have been sitting & pushing the call button at the drive thru to pick up my perscription. She has the nerve to tell me, that they are very busy & I would have to come inside to pick up my prescription. When I told her that I was disabled, could not walk all that way & I also had my dog in the car. The girl says, then you will have to wait. Who does she think she is talking to. I will never use this Wal-Mart Pharmacy again. The only reason I used this pharmacy, was due to my regular pharmacy being out of my medication 💊. I will be informing Tatiana, as I know she will make sure this never happens again. The only reason I gave a 2 star rating, is because Tatiana is so outstanding. If Tatiana was not there, I would have only given a 1 star rating, with a comment of a negative rating.
Short staffed. Sometimes long wait at drive through
Very convenient to wait for prescription while you are shopping. Wait times can be long since they seem to be understaffed at times.
I stood there while the clerk checked herself out in the mirror and did everything she could to not wait on me. Then she told me to come back in 3 hours for the bottle of medicine that she was already holding in her hand. She said theyre at lunch from 1-2 and it would be ready by 320. I said, arent you holding it, cant you just let me have it now & she said thats not the way a pharmacy works. It was prepackaged so there was nothing that needed done but a label & it was only 1220 at the time.
Walmart employees get disrespected by higher-ups
