Worst place just went there in April 2020 and May as a returning frequent customer but will NEVER go again! Horrible two staff is working there and they completely ignored and began cleaning the place instead of creating and completing not one order on the receipt !!!! And instead took another new customer instead while kids were waiting 25 min for an order which should have been done even ignored getting ice cream for me but took the new people instead! Very prejudiced place and hope the manager can fire these employees too or else would never ever go here again! Good Luck!

I preordered a OREO® Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich Cake 5 days in advance for a triple birthday party on a Sunday. I asked to pick it up Sunday morning, so there was no room for any errors. When I told them what I was picking up, they went back to the freezer and brought it right out. The saleslady opened the box to show me the finished product, and it was perfect. We ordered the white cake with Very Berry Strawberry ice cream. It was a huge hit at the party from the youngest to oldest. Thank you. Well definitely order again.

Overall good ice cream. Got a sundae that was very good and 2 other servings of ice cream. Store seems clean as well

Considering that Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Donuts are now a joint company.Its great experience to having both and decide what you really want ice cream or Donuts. pretty hard choice but dont forget that coffee always delicious always good to go. Now I write this at 3 stars only considering that it is always hiring new employees they need to properly train and to get the job done.As for the youngsters need more appropriate training and product knowledge. Food is always great.

They are always out of ice cream’s and they’re closed at 9 PM on a Friday night.

DD staff was delighted to serve BR ice cream when I went. They definitely were generous with their portions. As much as I like to support small businesses, sometimes this works when you have a hankering for a frozen treat

Horrible service. I tried to order World Class Chocolate at the drive thru and instead of letting me know that they didnt have any (which would have been understandable), they tried to pass off two different flavors thinking i wouldnt notice.

Rude drive-thru attendant! He didn’t warm the brownie in the sundae. He sounded like I was bothering him by ordering anything at all. I will not do back. Good thing they are building a Dunkin Donuts closer to my house.

Good product but not the best service

Lied and said they were out of hot fudge and peanut butter. Too stoned to make a sundae. Awful service. Fire these employees. You should drug test. This place sucks!

Was an absolute terrible experience! Will never return to this location. Staff was extremely rude when we tried to order, obviously wasnt listening since we had to repeat ourselves 3 times. Ended up leaving, not worth it. The car in front of us had also left without ordering, probably for similar reasons. I feel bad for the woman who was behind us likely awaiting similar disappointments. To anyone reading this, either go to a different location or just stay home because you wont get any ice cream here.

Took the kids out for icecream. Employee was nice but ice cream scoops were small for the price.
