Very clean & bright store, prices are comparable to Publix stores, on the high side, one can some money on certain items with Winn-Dixie card .

They try to keep it clean the selection could use work. I have only seen the managers be rude to customers. The rest of the staff is super helpful and polite. The employees 5 stars raised their average to three stars.

Winn-Dixie was upscale, well-organized, fully stocked. Whoever is Manager here should be used as a Model store organizer to mentor other stores.

I purposely called up there a day before and spoke to somebody in the seafood department to ask if there was a certain time they had it closed due to breaks or lunch. I was told from open to close there was always somebody there. I got there to purchase seafood and have it steamed for my fathers birthday and had to wait 45 minutes because they sent the only two people who worked in seafood on their lunch break together.

This was easy breezy shopping I went at 5 or 6 it was hardly very busy and true right before Thanksgiving I was shocked. But they have an awesome produce section wine section. Their Seafood section is amazing not to mention all their meats. Big store lots of selection

You dont have enough beef (steaks) or fresh seafood after 5a.m.

This location is not easily seen from Main Street. It is diagonal from Publix across the intersection in behind BBT Bank. It is a little smaller, but, normally very well stocked with notably competitive prices. The cashiers are welcoming.

This is my second option after Aldi

Went here to try to find tamale mix because wanted to make tamales for Christmas. They dont even carry it so I had to go to Publix they didnt carry it neither. One guy even said what is that I was just like its tamale mix to make to make tamales he goes oh no we dont even sell that how can you have a Mexican aisle and not even sell tamale mix and its really not an aisle its just one little tiny section that has tacos shells and flour tortillas to make burritos with or something thats about it same with Winn-Dixie taco shells beans and flour tortillas. So call my mom and the best way to get tamale mix is to go to a Mexican store. Yes I got my tamale mix no thanks to Winn-Dixie or Publix and I made my tamales.

The Dunedin Winn Dixie is a clean and well run store. If you normally go to Publix but dont want to get stuck in the crowds they have a good selection of products you can get in and out quickly. Great Kuerig coffee selection too!

Shopper at this loc.for 11yrs.,frequent change of Empl. Seems Empl.,that have been there the longest are the first to go??. Seems to have have happen since Shaun took over. Bill, is a outstanding mgt. Personnel & helpful, but he can only do so much. I would be Happy to say more at another time.

10 people in line and only one cashier dont know why that is if you have frozen food you might as well hang it up its going to be thawed out

This is a very nice store that is well kept with friendly employees. Im from Indiana and shop at a Kroger there. This store was very comparable to the store Im used to at home.

First and last visit. The cashier was irritated, verbalized he was quitting. I guess it was his last shift. Being a first time customer I got criticized for putting my 4 - 6 packs of Coke Zero on the counter. Was belittled for that” what have you never grocery shopped before!” I’m sixty, I have worked and raised a family, so yes I have shopped before. I also did not get charged the advertised sales price. A front end person came over and talked with the cashier about his emotional outburst. I wished him good luck in his new venture. With his immature attitude he’s going to need a whole lot of luck, especially if he joins the military ( as he said he was) As said first and last visit to a Winn-Dixie

We were visiting from out of state and stopped by this store for supplies. The employees there were very helpful. I had only been given 15 minutes to find everything we needed for the week in a store I was unfamiliar with. I felt like I was in a supermarket sweepstakes competition racing up & down the aisles. One employee in particular was very helpful. I dont know her name, but I asked her which aisles I could find a few items on I hadnt been able to locate yet, and she gave them to me without hesitation. Once I was in those aisles she came by and asked me if I found what I was looking for. At the checkout, I noticed the milk I had picked up was leaking, and had leaked all over several other items in the basket. The cashier offered to get another milk while I unloaded the rest of the groceries. He came back empty handed because apparently that had been the only gallon of 2% milk and he didnt know what I preferred if another 2% wasnt avail. So I went back to get a different milk, & when I came back he was using paper towels to dry off my other items the milk had leaked on. Thank you for hiring such caring & accommodating people. We will be back when we are in the area again.

Past 3 times I’ve shopped there the prices did not ring as advertised. Youthful cashiers are mouthy and with no customer service skill set. Today the punk CJ told me the item rang up correctly. Showed him the ad and he reluctantly changed the price after rolling his eyes. BOGO is only reason I occasionally shop there. No longer worth the hassle. Publix is much better and staff are definitely more service oriented.

There Friday Saturday and Sunday specials are out of this world. Got some great pork chops for 99 cents per pound and some beef roast for 2.99 a pound

Yesterday I shopped your store. Not only did the employee who checked me out have her mask under her nose, she was eating potato chips off a napkin that was placed on my side of the counter under the plexi- glass shield. She pulled her mask down and ate while waiting on my receipt to print. Dont like that when theres no pandemic. SURE dont like it with the threat of C19. My husband has COPD and I am trying to be as careful as I can. You need to talk to the girl. This was at 3:27 on 7/26. I will not put her name up here but it starts with a D.

They removed sanitation station for carts and baskets. Not all staff wear masks. And very small selection of items. A smaller sized Winn Dixie that Im use to. Check out takes forever. Usually only one cashier available and no self check out lanes.
