Michelle C was a huge help for me and my mother. My mom isn’t tech savvy at all and was having issues with her new phone as she had a flip phone for so long and didn’t understand basics of a touch screen. Michelle took the time to walk her through how to set up contacts, and everything she needed to get in contact with her family near and far. Especially sending and receiving photos to and from her grandchildren. We will definitely request Michelle’s help again in the future when my teens upgrade is ready.

The lady there with black hair and glasses has always given me wrong info, and shes not very helpful at all.

My father went into this store on Saturday, April 2 looking to upgrade his phone to the new iPhone SE. My dad has been a Verizon customer for years and was treated very poorly. Despite having the phone in stock, they didnt give it to him because they claimed they had to wait for some changes in his plan to take place. Interestingly enough, my dad was able to go to the actual Verizon Wireless store that day and get the phone immediately. Not sure why TCC had to wait a few days, but whatever.Beyond the cell phone problem, the sales person at this store pitched a tablet to add to his plan. Now, with my dad using an iPhone, you think theyd be smart and try to sell him an iPad? Nope, just some stupid Verizon tablet that is completely incompatible with my fathers current technology ecosystem. At first, my dad said no because he had no need for a tablet. Of course the sales person used a fun tactic of claiming to save him money to convince my dad to get the tablet. On his old plan, he was paying $150 for two lines. On the new plan with the tablet, he would be pay $115. The sales person neglected to say that he would pay $100 on the new plan without the tablet. Because of the sales persons persistence and my dad being naive, he ended up getting the tablet. After I convinced him to return it later the same day, the sales person said he would have to pay a $75 restocking fee for the unopened tablet.Avoid this store and go to Verizons official stores whenever possible!

This store blows! Went in to pay my bill on my lunch, one dude working, stood there for 20 mins and not even acknowledged!!!!!! I finally asked clerk if it was going to be much longer cuz I was on my lunch and was told to come back instead of just letting me pay my bill real quick! People are stupid, and my opinion thats just bad business.

My boyfriend and I went in to get him the Google Pixel. At first he was being helped by a woman but she then left into the back room and we proceeded to wait for almost 20 minutes just to see her come out with a coat on and leave. After 30 minutes of waiting someone finally helped us.
