Waited on hold twenty minutes, then when my call was answered, I could barely hear the last and was put on hold to “check on prescription” when she didn’t even have my info. Came back to ask for that info, then asked what I was calling for, even though I had told her three times. The woman was so rude and barely let me speak. Then she went on to say, “as I was trying to tell you…” I understood perfectly what she told me. That wasn’t what I was calling about. She obviously didn’t understand my concerns. This isn’t the first issue, either. Almost every visit is just awful anymore!

This is the most dirty least inviting CVS Ive ever been to someone needs to come inspect this place and check it out from upper management outside the store.

Excellent pharmacists and staff but the store does not have curb-side pick-up, delivery or a drive through window.

Horrible customer service . The pharmacist tech whatever he is in the back is always so ignorant towards customers and has 0 patience . If you don’t like your job find a new one . With that being said, i moved Next door to Rite aid !!!

It’s very ridiculous, the pharmacy staff didn’t consider to call patients if it’s their insurance didn’t cover some medicine, once you picked up your prescription and when you checked your medicine then you find one medicine missing then you called that pharmacy then they said our insurance didn’t cover that medicine that’s why they didn’t filled up our medicine! Like seriously? Nobody like to take medicine for their enjoyment if they are in wroth pain then doctor prescribe them then are guys think that a “joke” seriously? I don’t have time to come again and again to pick up the medicine!

Horrible customer service very rude workers everytime I shop at this Cvs. This time I shopped there I had an issue with the manager that rang up my order wrong. He even got in my space and reached over me to the kiosk. This Cvs is 4blocks from my house now Ide rather drive to the Cvs on Moosic st.

Call CVS pharmacy in dunmore pa on hold for 9 minutes and no one ever picked up what a place

Have been going to this pharmacy since before it was CVS. Very Busy place. Have always had scripts ready on time and have even caught an allergy interaction on my son many years ago. Use them for all of my prescription needs. Team is usually very friendly and helpful.

Clean, friendly staff. Prices and deals are good. Best i love thier rewards program.

Super rude employee. I had to leave my things and just say I’d go to a different CVS.

Count your pills. I got cheated a few times. Happened to others I know also.

7/19/16...Ive never had a bad experience in this CVS until now..Went in for passport photos but came out with nothing. The young man behind the counter was less than friendly but did slowly move to obtain camera & pull down screen to snap photo of me. My 8 yr old daughter was next & the screen wasnt low enough to have as background. Young man gets manager who was definitely not friendly & even less motivated to help us... He Couldnt find a stool for her to step on, so they both walked a bit aimlessly around & finally addressed me & said he couldnt help us. Thanks CVS in Dunmore! I get that a child is shorter & more of a challenge but I thought about the lack of customer service & the lack of even a hello or eye contact with these employees to the customer. When we got into the car, I had a discussion with my daughter on manners & trying to help people even if you cant at least make an honest effort.

The older heavy set Caucasian man with glasses is very racist to minorities. He has a nasty attitude and poor peopke skills.

All pharmacys are a pain but its mostly due to insurance procedures doctors not following up etc. i wouldnt want to be pharmacist these days, Ive found that this locaton is actually the best to deal with.

Expensive but has a good selection and open 24 hours.
