Better to buy where you can pay cash. Pay double for anything you purchase.

What a waste of my time to even get anything from this place. I call them to let them know that my payment will be a day late due to an unexpected emergency and the manager got extremely rude,disrespectful. Prying into my personal business. You have no right. I am returning my purchase and am done with rent a center. You have lost my business and everyone else I know who may have anything from your store. I recommend that anyone that needs any furniture or appliances should look elsewhere and not waste your time here. The staff needs proper training. They need to know how to respect their customers. I am also sending a formal complaint to The BBB and rent a centers corporate office. You want business? Then train your staff on how to do their job !

I would give zero stars if I could. I paid off a couch from them and they charged me with a misdemeanor for a couch I paid off. Do not go here Aaron’s is better. Plus the management here is horrible. My son was sick and in the hospital instead of being understanding they were just rude. I have been with Aaron’s for awhile and they never did this. So go through them.
