I drove 30 minutes from my house to come to only this dealership because of the outstanding service reviews!This service team went above and beyond.Jeffery was amazing over the phone and in person! I didn’t get his name but he’s a service advisor and he was very kind also.They quickly got the job done and the price was very fair.While waiting the sales team was very kind as well and never made a comment when my three kids occasionally were loud.I will definitely be returning

Mr. Robert my salesman was very nice, patient and really took the time to explain all the BELLS and Whistles! Eddie was there to guide me with all the paperwork and warranty info. he had a great personality and made the process as quick as he possibly could! I upgraded from a 2003 to a 2021 Yukon! There IS definitely a lot more features on the new one BUT I absolutely chose the right place to purchase @ Dorman in Dunn, NC! IF you are looking a new vehicle check them out! You’ll be glad you did!!!!! I AM!

I took our church van in for potential mechanical issues and the service received was outstanding. Easy check-in and diagnostic work was completed in a very timely manner. I was honestly informed there were no mechanical issues (inspection completed) and I sincerely feel I underpaid for the time and effort the service dept. spent on our van. 1st class operation. My truck has been in for the same issue 7 or 8 times, I have been patient however this is ridiculous . I own over 40 licensed vehicles including a new Escalade every two years (my wife ) this was a 100,000. 2500hd Denali, I buy a new one for myself every 3 or 4 years .I also have classic GM cars, All better than new (( 69 factory BB, 63 split window, ZO6s ZR1 ect)) After 44 years of a faithful GM customer, ( I bleed GM orange) Im ready to look at other options, The New Ram Limited is a nice truck and has a much bigger display and wireless Texting ((wireless)}this new Denali doesnt have nor support hands free texting, Ridiculous REDICULOUS !! even My last 4, 2500HD Diesels Denalis Have had wireless text, This is a Newer GM Only issue (one of my sons has a New Limited RAM it has hands free texting and a REAL exhaust break ) . I have a 2020 $100k truck and I have to connect my phone,, ((((((with a wire))))) and now I cant even remote start it ?? Could you just give me back my 2017 GMC 2500 Diesel Denali ! Keep the difference I paid, It was a TRUCK!

Though I did not purchase my 2020 vehicle here(I purchased out of state). They were able to fit me in on short notice for my first oil change and tire rotation. They did an exceptional job!! The staff were all smiles and courteous. The young man who brought my car to me when the job was complete was very nice and knowledgeable. Although I live in Fayetteville, I will be returning to Dormans for all of my vehicles needs. Check them out, they are right off 95.

Other than the actual negotiation and buying process, my experience was horrible. The first time I wanted to look at the car, the owner took it for the weekend. Which happened to be a holiday weekend. Once the vehicle was finally available it had 3,000 miles more on it than was listed. When we decided to buy the car, it was not detailed from the owner driving it for 3,000 miles. The service for buying a vehicle was not good either. When asked if they can have it detailed, they told me that they already paid $50 to get the vehicle detailer and would not pay for it to be detailed closer to my home. Instead they told me to drive the vehicle back to them which is 1 hour and 45 minutes away and would be my third time driving there. The oil was already down to 65%. I have had the car for a month and need an oil change. They did not fill up the tank and due to how far I drove I had to fill up the tank on my way home. We felt rushed to leave since it was a Saturday and only 2 people were working. I specifically asked for a First in Freedom license plate, just got the plate in the mail and its First in Flight . I also had the car 1 month and the check engine light came on. I would not recommend anyone buy a vehicle from here if you are looking for first class service because you will not get it.

Thi was my first and last experience at this dealership, especially after I read the commentsand they have went out their way to help other customers. I had to turn my vehicle in a day before for service (oil change, tire rotation and a recall), had to ask for a ride home and make arrangements for my vehicle pickup. No courtesy wash was completed, but someone left several fingerprints on my drivers side door, instead of utilizing the door handle. The Service Department was made aware of my work situation, yet no loaner vehicle was offered.... I paid for my services($75.00) over the phone, due me being out of town for work. I was assured my vehicle would be in the front and keys would be accessible. Once, I get to dealership I observe the above deficiencies. I even provided my ID, it took a minute to locate my keys and my dashboard settings were in service mode, took me a minute to reset to normal. I observed this dealership full of salesmen and not one offered or seem willing to assist. The way I see this situation, is, I pay for a luxury car and the service and will not be treated any different from the other customer. However, judging by these comments and my experience, this is just what took place. I rather drive the distance to get that luxury service, I deserve.

Dorman always gives me top notch service on my vehicles and when it comes time to buy a vehicle, they have a no nonsense approach to making a deal that is sorely lacking at the big dealers. Excellent service! I needed the A/C system in my CTS repaired. Dorman was the first dealer service shop to give me a no-nonsense estimate for the repair and nothing else. The people at Dorman GMC helped us on June 28, 2019 when we needed a new tire after a tire blowout on I95, while my family was headed to Disney World.While the situation itself was very stressful, everyone at Dorman GMC made it so much easier to get through. They happily took us without an appointment and got to work right away so we could get back on the road and get to our destination.The salespeople there also did everything they could to make my young kids more comfortable with crayons and coloring books during our wait, which was very kind.We were very fortunate to find such a great dealership and once again thank them for excellent service and help on that day!

We drove 3 hours to buy from them. And we’d do it again. Eddie helped with our internet search, and went to bat for us. We placed a deposit to hold the car until we could get there to drive it - 5 days later.Unfortunately Eddie had a planned flight and couldn’t meet us. But no problem! The team stepped up!Robert showed us the vehicle. He was tremendously patient, demonstrating EVERY. SINGLE. BUTTON. He literally helped us with everything from OnStar to insurance, even programming the DVD remote (thanks to Dwight & team for finding one!). And I can’t forget Larry - who explained all the paperwork, and gave my husband (and his cousin) and escape plan 😊.Everyone was really great to us. And for that we are so thankful.

Picked up my 2015 yukon after 2 monthsOil pressure was fluctuating checked the oilAnd there was not enough oil in it hours on the engine where not reset oil change was not reset pretty bad if you had your engine replaced pretty sure they didnt do a compression testMaby the head mechanic is good but who ever worked at my car wasnt so pretty bad experience

My wife brings her XTS here for the regular service. Today she got the car back and the front park sensors were not enabled. No big damage when she hit stuff in the garage but I expect those features to be enabled as they were before. And honestly a wash after a 300$ service should be expected too ... just saying.

The service advisor would not honor the GMC special for service of 59.95 even after I showed him on the internet. He stated their rate was 79.95, I said go ahead. When I went to pay he deducted the tire rotation as a courtesy was printed on ticket. The next day I called and talked to service manager, she stated that indeed honor GMC specials and apologized for mix up and sent me a coupon for my next service to be free. I want to say it was not the cost but the principle of the statement made by the service advisor.
