We needed to get our windshield repaired. We called and spoke with Jim on Thursday afternoon to set up an appointment. In less than 24 hours (Friday) Damien was at our house and repaired the damage. Excellent service, highly recommended. Rating scale: all of the above, Good Quality, Good Value, Professional, and Responsive.

They were nice. Quick. And made things super easy. Only negative (which not that big of a deal) was the tech was suppose to call me when car was ready. Had to call to find out.

So 3 of my energy efficiency windows had moisture in between them. Very easy transaction. I called for an estimate; sent them pictures. They provided a quote and I was happy with cost of repairs so a tech came to the house and took exact measurements. It took about a week for the glass to be made and it was installed as soon as it came in. Highly recommended!!!

I had an unexpected issue while traveling home on a long trip from Florida to Delaware. My sunroof exploded from a rock being thrown as an 18 wheeler passed us. I tried to get help from this place after trying for hours to keep trash bags and duck tape on the roof to cover the hole. It was raining and I still had 6 hours to travel. I was referred to this place by my insurance company. Unfortunately there was miscommunication and it turns out this place does not work on sunroofs. That was fine as I can’t expect help when that’s not their line of work. The lack of empathy was what stung. I asked if the owner could help with taping it to cover the hole as it was raining and we had nowhere else to go to try to dry it to even tape it ourselves again. He said it would be hours as he had to do payroll and he doubted it would do any good and walked away. I was devastated by his lack of sympathy. He didn’t even offer to let us pull in his garage to tape it ourselves.So we found a gas station and bought more duck tape and rags and my daughter and I retapped the hole with massive amounts of duck tape after wiping the roof down and slowly made our way the 6 more hours home. I hope this person has more sympathy for the next stranded traveler.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They did a great job in cutting a plate glass mirror to the exact dimensions I specified. Fit my frame perfectly. Previously they had replaced a LARGE (7 foot diameter) half circle double pane window in our formal dining room. The window was broken by a hawk. They measured the window and prepared a pattern, took the old window out and put the new window in place and made it weather tight. Tricky job but they had the staff and facilities to do it.

Had a strange issue with my OEM windshield, but at the end needed it replaced. Best customer service I have ever received starting from Colby and Donna followed by the techs. Came in Wednesday had them order the windshield and by Thursday afternoon they came out to my house and had it installed. The ending results were amazing! Great windshield and fast, but overall the friendly customer service makes them the best in town. For any future window problems they will definitely have my business.

Went in for a cracked windshield, they put a new one in however it wasnt even. Go back a second time and the uneven windshield was going back in to be fixed and the guy putting it in leaned on my defrost vent on the dash and broke it and then threw the broken piece down inside the defrost vent.
