This place is the worst, my mom and her friend stopped there to shop, and my mom actually had to go next door to use the restroom. When we first got there I had to use the restroom, which I was allowed shortly thereafter, another guy had to use it, which he was allowed okay after a while my mom had to use it, she was told that the toilet was out of order by a employee just coming in. One might say so it broke, thats not the case with Family Dollar. Ive encountered this same behavior in two different locations in Raleigh. To be clear they dont want you using their restroom, on the restroom door it states for store associates, okay where is the public restroom? I feel this way if I cant use your restroom, I cant spend my money. You have to consider older customers that come out, and want to enjoy an afternoon out shopping with herbestie, what are they to do? Shame on them for making what should be a fun day trip stressful. By the way thanks to Hwy 55, for letting her use their restroom without any issue.

This store has gone so far down hill!!! I remember when the store had strict employee rules. And this store has become nasty. It smells, its cluttered, the customer service is sassy and there are little children behind the register. The staff complains about management in front of the customers. Didnt say hey, hi or nothing when I came in and I was the one to tell the customer service clerk have a good evening. Now I know why its not so busy anymore. You asked so I have shared, but I dont foresee going back here unless its a necessity.

Good store does let you use the restroom and they are very clean in previous post associate let the lady use restroom employee coming in wasnt aware the restroom was fixed. The people in this store work very hard to do all they can for customer service as well as maintaining a nice store, with staffing shortages and putting out stock for customers to buy, so please be nice to them or fill out an application you dont know what all they deal with.
