The office staff is wonderful but as far as the hearing aid it’s self I have had them under 2 years and have had a lot of problems they have been sent back at least 3 times maybe 4 and I have been to the office for repairs a number of times I have tried everything I was told including buying a cleaner for a couple hundred dollars that was a piece of junkWith that said I will be buying my next pair elsewhere

No problem. My hearing aids were cleaned and given back to me.

Everybodys great, best people, they make you want to go back, just to sit and visit. Having problem with my hearing aids, they sent them back and gave me some demo to use till mine comes back. THANK YOU!!!!
