Our sales associate, Chris, was beyond fabulous! I value an individual who educates me on a purchase instead of pushing me to make one. I worked with him a year ago but finally decided to make the plunge! Fabulous customer service and looking forward to my new bed.

Chris was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable about all of the Sleep Number products. He walked my husband and I through the entire store until we found our just right Sleep Number Bed. It was truly a great shopping experience.

I dropped in here to pick up an item and the service I received was great. Very friendly staff, pleasant. My only complaint is that the company requires that they create a profile for you, even if you’re not buying a mattress. It prolongs the time in store and I prefer not to give personal info anyways.

Bought the iLE bed. Christine was a joy to work with, very informative, and knowledgeable. Have yet to receive our bed, but so far would definitely recommend sleep number, will repost once have slept on it a few nights.

This is the Wakanda of mattress stores! The technology is unbelievable. Great demonstrations on how they match the right mattress with your sleep style. Prices are reasonable. Great service.

I have a spinal cord injury with a high risk of skin breakdown so I need a mattress with proven pressure release. KK set me up on the demo bed with the big screen above and the computer to my right. She then proceeded to help me find my number while I watched the pressure disappear on the screen. What a dream!

I really dont like to feel pressured when shopping, especially for more expensive items. I was pleasantly surprised to find the very low-key approach at the Sleep Number store. The associate was attentive, but never pushy. She helped me try many different options in mattresses and pillows and it seemed like she was more concerned with helping me find the right thing than with ringing up a sale. It was a, dare I say, fun experience!

Great store and knowledgeable reps. Our sales rep was Sam. She did an amazing job explaining every aspect of the product. We came back twice to test out the beds and ended up buying one. Its been about a week so far and were still testing our numbers and best sleep positions, but its going great! The SleepIQ segment in the app is pretty interesting and really helps to define the best way you sleep. Overall, great product so far.

Courtnei was fabulous, very very knowledgeable about the product lines. She was very attentive and answered all the questions my very inquisitive husband asked. She helped us decide what bed, based on both my husband an my needs. The Dunwoody store was excellent, clean and well presented. Overall an excellent experience.

Marlon was very helpful, took me right to the bed I showed him on a printout. He explained the entire process in detail, and helped me make my purchase.The delivery crew was also very good, better than I expected. Charles & Lenny were professional & friendly & got my bed setup.

I was happy with the phone and in store experience (Dunwoody Sleep Number) until I installed the two King Size dual temp mattress covers and noticed they were Queens. I emphasized multiple times that I needed Kings - and the sales agents ensured me they were when I picked the boxes up on site. (King was even listed on the receipt). I trusted them and didnt double check the box. I should have. Either way, I feel taken advantage of and very, very disappointed.

A very nice showroom. If youre in the market for a Sleep Number bed, you will see the whole product line here. The sales people are friendly but somewhat pushy. They have a job to do. Make sure to follow the sales on Sleep Numbers website as they often have deals around major holidays.

What a great experience! Knowledgable staff, no pressure guidance and an immediate difference of how our bodies felt once we reached our optimal sleep number. Thos is going to be the beginning of many nights of great sleep.
