Very friendly technicians. They did a great job changing my oil in a timely manner along with a tire rotation and balance. All this in 1 hour and 15 minutes. The technician named Paul was very nice and professional. He should get a raise. Thank you Walmart

Called to ask some questions about the service they do. And got a man who works there names CHIP got on the phone and said it would be better to go somewhere else cause he didn’t want to figure out the price of an oil change. Really awesome customer service.

Great customer care

Terrible service. Bought a new battery and they told us to shop and they would call us over the intercom. Went shopping and went to their waiting room. After about another 15 minutes my partner asked how much longer it would be....the guy said they finished it 25 minutes ago??when asked who his manager was, he said he didn’t know....what??? He refused to call anybody that was above him. Never again. Will pay more at another place that has better service than this!

I would give 0 stars if I could the most uneducated and inexperienced mechanics in the four corners. I have never seen so many cars come from a single place with so many mechanical mishaps this company does not hire based upon knowledge they do not follow manufacturer approved specifications and they hold zero regard for their work guarantee.I highly reccomend paying a little more money to take it to a REAL mechanic because you will be paying multiple times for fixed mistakes with these clowns.

Not very quick service... I had to wait a good hour and a half for a basic oil change. They do not carry my 2016 Jeeps filter in stock so I will need to think ahead if I want that replaced next time. The lady, Tori, that checked me in was very professional.

The place was wonderful, was told I was going to be an HR to get in when it was fairly busy (3 cars ahead of me) and they had me in and out in 45mins and let me know I had an oil leak coming from the oil pan, full Synthetic oil change (6qts) for $52 kind of feels like a steal, especially since a mechanic shop in this town in the past (different vehicle) charged me $50 just to tell me I had a leak. All in all Walmart is the place I will be going to get my oil changes done.

I called (TWICE) BEFORE ordering 6 tires for my e450 dual rear wheel bus (I went over the top and told them dimensions (like my bus is 219 long, etc...)) to be CERTAIN they could mount and balance the new tires I ordered. I live 90 minutes away in a tiny town with no tire options, Wal Mart Tire Centers are open on Sundays, which meant I could get the work done and NOT miss work. Set everything up and head over to Durango and they refuse to do it. The guy I spoke with on the phone (Michael) of course wasnt working... WASTE OF MY TIME YOU PRODIGIOUS DOUCHE BAGS.

Richard is one of the most helpful humans in Durango. He needs a raise!

Not going back to this Walmart Auto Care. In Illinois I always received excellent service from Walmart Auto Center. Staff has changed and is now either rude, unhelpful, or both.

Long wait, slow service, decent price.

A bit frustrating. Apparentely at oil change at another Wal mart auto center. Pins were left out of cover. Wal mart doesnt carry the part. So they twist tied it back together. Told go to auto shop buy pins, go to mechanic, then present bill to Wal mart. What? Not happy. I understand everyone was nice, trying to help me. Everyone courteous. Still no one gave me the forms to file a complaint. I did take photos and documented.

On the one hand I waited more than 2 hours for some basic tire services. On the other hand the shop manager compd everything to free for the trouble. Thank you, Jesse.

Had a few of my vehicles oil changed and they put lock tite on all the drain plugs so that it is extremely difficult for me to change my own oil.

One hour turned into 2 hours and 45 minutes.

It took an hour for 2 new tires...the price was right. Ill likely go back when I need tires on my other vehicles

Pathetic service and poor department management. It took me 3 hours to get two tires replaced and on my car. When I arrived I was told only one car was in front of me and they could get on mine in 30 minutes. Will never go there again for tires.

The internet said it was open. I have a flat tire and I am desperate. I just called on a Sunday morning and was told they will not be open today. Closed all day Sunday.
