Scheduled $1000+ service last week w car rental for day. I arrive, no rentals. I wait almost 2 hours and they tell me they dont have right parts. Wasted day off work, 4 hours driving to and from dealer, plus gas @ 3.80 a gallon. No rental no servive. Apparently Durango MoCo ok with me waiting foe 8 hours, but saved from that wait time due to their own incompetence. If mechanics work like dealership, every patron is in danger...
Did not reset oil monitor system, irritated because I did not know how to reset.

Came in for my 35k service. They took me as a walk in. The best part of the service in my opinion is being able to sit and watch the Techs do the work. I wish all Toyota dealerships would follow this example. Might help customers to trust the dealership more.
