In todays world of box stores and online shopping, this store and its amazing customer service are a wonderful alternative! I had a VERY small job and they were happy to oblige. Its an impressive store and no doubt youll find something that will work for you here. Will and the woman I spoke to on the phone were very friendly and since my job was so small, they could have easily blown me off, so I appreciate the help and excellent service. The hippy guy who was there when we went to pick up our tiles could have been a little friendlier and tried harder before telling my wife to go check another tile store when they were sitting right beside him, though. :P

Customer service at its finest. From the moment we walked in the door until we left the staff was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. They really exemplified how a customer should be taken care of.

I went here looking for help on how to patch a hole in my carpet that my dog chewed; I went in expecting to pay over $20 easily (what I was quoted elsewhere).The manager took me in the back, have me a ton of patch tape and carpet for free and wished us a good day. Not to mention it was clean and really well kept inside! I cant thank this place enough for the help
