This is the only shop I go to. super comfortable atmosphere, and great staff. My husband and I have different tastes, and the bud tenders always find us the right thing. We used to shop around, but this place always has the best flower at the best prices in town. Don’t believe me, try it yourself. You’ll be impressed.

Not a fan of dispensaries that pull prepackaged product off a shelf that’s been there for who knows how long. They should be weighing out product in front of you. Also really surprised at the high prices. I’d look elsewhere.

We love this place! We have shopped all the dispensaries and Durango rec room is by far out favorite place. The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. This is now our first stop every time we visit Durango. My wife loves the edibles and I buy the flower which is always good quality and taste good.

I find it difficult to be forced to wear a mask everywhere when a man with papers in his hands is allowed to shop near me in this dispensary without a mask of any sort on his face breathing heavily all over everything. I felt unsafe. Will not return, do not recommend.

Weed is meh. The workers were pretty rude and my bud tender told me they were 1 gram pre rolls for $5.... they were .5 grams and it was a total rip off. I will not be back. They did have some good edibles though, wana gummies are my favorite.

I love this dispensary! One of my favorite spots in Durango. Im a frequent customer, usually making it in 2 times a week. Every time I walk in this place I immediately feel welcome. Their sales floor is really open and I normally am taken care of right away. These guys hands down carry the best bud in town and at the most reasonable price considering the quality. Anytime I have a questions the staff always have a helpful answer. I have also recently started using edible products and topicals. The Rec Room always has a variety of top notch goodies. I had a great experience at the Rec Room. Everyone was friendly and they were truly happy people.. The young woman who waited on me really knew the products and answered my questions. The edibles looked delicious and it was difficult but I decided on some. Then I added some weed - at my age I love saying weed - anyway I picked The Pillow Factory at 26% THC - what a great choice! As I was leaving the person at the door asked to make sure I was treated well. I am impressed. I will definitely go back. Thank you all.

Wow! this place left me speechless, amazing customer service from the second you open the door till the second you leave. Amazing range of products between edibles, concentrates, and bud. Not too much variety to make you feel overwhelmed but enough to have plenty of options of price and quantity. I spent a lot of time asking about cartridges and disposable cartridges as I was looking for something that would be convenient and discreet, they had a great selection of items that wouldnt break the bank and items that were the highest of their quality. Found exactly what I was looking for and will be returning!!!

My 21st birthday was today and I decided to buy weed from a dispensary for the first time. I was pretty nervous because Ive never really smoked and I needed help deciding what strain would be best to help treat my pain from menstrual cramps. I was SO thankful to be able to talk to a woman about what would help me the most.. I spoke to Ms. Jen and she helped me pick out alien blueberry... I smoked as soon as I got home and it was AMAZING. Really soothing and relaxing, and the prices seemed affordable as well. Ill definitely recommend this place to my friends!

This is the only dispensary in town that I will regularly attend, the service is just THAT much better than everyone else. At other dispensaries it kind of feels like a drug deal with the unpersonable experiences I have had but at the Rec Room its like youre buying a simple product from a store downtown that your buddy works at. The bud is also great and an awesome selection with great variety. Keep it up RR!

I went in and got a gram from here first it is way over priced compared to other shops in town and it was almost nothing but stems and they also dont let you look at it before you buy it like most other places will pop the cap let you look inside it just seemed like they got some really bad home-grown dont waste your time there are plenty other shops in town that will get you better product at a better price

Theres a decent selection of products, specifically for pain relief. The prices seem to be competitive. My wife and i would stop here again in Durango.

I dont know if the owner will even read this. I have been buying about an eighth a day for about 2 weeks. Everything is cool except today. I just left the store and got the nixon special. The guy that sold me the eighth was very rude and mad. He wasnt polite. His body language was suggesting that I was wasting his time by asking him questions and wanting to look at the eighth I was buying before I paid for it because I dont want to buy a shaky eighth when Im looking at all these big fat nugs on display.. He was very rude. I even have an eighth punch card I didnt get to use because the guy made me so mad. Its a good shop Ill go there again. Top shelf tues is good. I just bought an eighth for ten days in a row and the guy cant even be nice to me as a customer

Prices are ok, staff is helpful and knows there stuff. The owner? Idk I think that guy could take a little advice of his own and probably smoke a little of his own product. I think he feels to prideful of something, a real know it all. I dont mean bud. Tip of the hat to him there at least. I mean anything else. Likes to but in on others conversations too I noticed.

Budtender was horrible. Was sold weed with seeds in it without being informed of it. Wasnt even a good deal. Literally asked the budtender if there was any difference between the GG#4 in the show jar and the half ounce that was on sale- they are from different growers but its the exact same strain. Nothing about being on sale because its mildly seeded which means an almond size bud has 3+ good size beans in it. Never going back again. Only paid a dollar less a gram for seedy weed then I would have for non seedy weed smh feel like I was ripped off, dude was probably laughing at me when I left
