I had the pleasure of sitting in Angelas chair, and let me tell you, she is a godsend in her profession. I have never lightened my hair ever in my life, so of course I was a bit nervous. I previously gotten a balayage a couple months ago, but I felt like I need more, and needed my hair to be brighter. Angela listened to what I wanted, and brought perfection. I enjoyed the entire appointment, what a treat. She is my go to and I highly recommend her! Thank you Angela!

I saw Angela and oh my gosh she is the absolute best. I was a bit hesitant to schedule at a new place, new person and after this year of COVID. I decided to go online and found the Chair (several of my coworkers love this place) I found the option to book an appointment, choose my services, see the price and dates/times available and bam it was booked. I walked in and everyone was extremely friendly. Angela called me back and made me feel very comfortable, she exceeded my expectations, and my hair looks and feels amazing. I have thick, curly (not the nice soft curl) so my hair is extremely hard to work with and she was able to make it look incredible. I received so many compliments today and felt so good to finally look and feel good. I highly highly recommend Angela, I believe she said she has been doing hair for over 25 years and her expertise shows. Loved her! Looks like I found my new place and stylist. Thank you Angela ♥️

Angela was amazing! She did a perfect cut and color and had her work cut out for her correcting a different salons poor work. I was worried I wouldn’t find my new hair spot in Durango after being disappointed by other stylists in the area but she’s my new go to!

I absolutely love this salon. My son and I have been coming to Bree for about 4 years now and we always leave extremely satisfied. They have a great selection of products to purchase, but they are never pushy about trying to get you to buy them.The staff and other stylists are always friendly and pleasant. The salon is always clean and you can tell each stylist takes pride, not only in their work, but of keeping their station and common areas clean and sanitized.Anytime I hear of someone in need of a new stylist, I always recommend Bree and The Chair.

Angela did such a great job on my highlights! I messed up doing them at home and she fixed it beautifully. She went above and beyond (asked for reference photos which I don’t get asked often, gave me an Olaplex treatment, and trimmed up my ends). Definitely ask for her, she has tons of experience (owned her own salon, been doing it for 24yrs...) Highly recommend!

Emma gave me a fantastic haircut! My hair feels super refreshed and she was very helpful in regards to providing care tips for my coarse and curly hair.

From people who dont listen to those who take too much off, I have to say that getting a haircut is my least favorite thing to do, usually only doing it once every year to 16 months. But on a walk in appointment, Alexis was fabulous!! She listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked! I will definitely be making the trip to see her for all of my future hair needs and without the anxiety. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

Newcomer Maddie at Riverfront gave me an excellent haircut and clearly enjoys her craft. I highly recommend her.

Danann Patrick from The Chair did the hair for me and my whole bridal party (9 other girls/moms). She was amazing. Not only was she honest and gave me her true opinions/suggestions during my hair trial (updo with a braid), she was super friendly and easy to work with throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend her and I’d book her again if I was able to do it all over again!

My daughter was getting married and wanted the women to have a do. She called and made appointments for the 5 of us to get our hair styled. When it was my turn, I sat down and told the stylist that I had washed my hair and just wanted it styled. To my surprise, she didnt wet my hair, or put any product in my hair, she just teased it so much that I now have terrible split ends about an inch off the top of my head. She didnt have any hair spray, so of course my hair just went limp within a 1/2 hr. Another stylist curled my granddaughters long hair and pulled part of it back in hair clips that we provided - that didnt last even before we left the salon and most of the curls were gone. My mother told the stylist not to tease her hair but didnt put any product in it and it looked terrible. the mother-in-law who saw how terrible everything was just had a little comb out. My daughter, who was getting married - her hair did stay the longest as she had extensions in her hair but the curl was gone again - no product again! The end result- $185.00 charge; Ridiculous and I dont recommend this place ever!

This was one of the places that I really enjoyed getting haircut. The young lady that gave me the haircut was really awesome, treated me kindly, and gave me a wonderful haircut. I recommend this place to anyone, and I plan on getting a haircut again in the future at this place. Thank you so much.

I hate my haircut. It looks like a mushroom and my bangs look like my sisters did when she cut her own hair in kindergarten. The color is ok, but Ive gotta spend another $100 somewhere else to fix the ridiculous cut that I spent 2.5 hours at the salon for.
