At this place, its perfectly legit to have not 1, 2, 3 or 4 but FIVE employees walk by you and not wait on u. And when u point it out, a boy named justice càn smirkly give u attitude while stating your point back to u with an added at least i told u.Not ok. It may not matter with store closing but people are STILL GIVING MONEY and customers should be treated accordingly.

Theyre going out of business...great deals and requires searching...@ 60 to 70% offregular prices...so some items arent that great of a deal. The one girl I dealt with at the register was super rude unlike a couple on the floor were super nice.

The store is clean. The employees were happy and greeted you. Very helpful when I checked out. They always make me feel good when I go in.

Good discounts and all kinds of things. I was just hoping for a jcpenney like a normal. But for the size of the mall a discounted prices are a great deal. Not only on clothes but on household name brand items. They do have a very large number of of plus size fashion for both men and women. I would make this a stop for back to school savings.

Small JCPENNEY. Went in looking for toddler jackets and boots. Not a good selection of jackets/boots and over priced.Had a hard time looking for the boots and would of been nice if some one was walking around to help customers with questions, but the whole time we were in store didnt see one representative.Didnt even seem like no one was working in store as it was just us and 2 other guests in store.Sorry guys, but would of got better rating if store associates were there to help.

Only place to shop in Durango with reasonably priced clothing and shoes for the whole family. So happy they are back!

Really good was able to get a nice Valentines gift for my wife and had a very helpful young lady.

The sell jeans without holes already in them... I mean good deal huh? Thats my job, the stuff was affordable too! BAM!!

My local JCPenney. The clothing selection is good but I think the look of the store is out-dated. I have seen other JCPenneys that have revamped and updated their store floors and it sets the mood while youre doing some shopping. No other complaints.

The store has little to no new items. Looks like the home section they are discontinuing, what a shame. Bought some much needed shampoo and conditioner from the salon, service there was so-so. I have no desire to recommend a visit there, your experience might be so-so.

Nobody to help me find my items and when I did find what was needed to buy. There were only limited choices, I did not purchase any item.

They sell clothes that are better quality than Wal-Mart but cost about the same. Very quiet inside.

Ordered on-line. Picked up at store, tried on my purchase in store and its perfect!

Great store. Staff is very personable. The manager, Hillary, is always willing to assist. I truly wish we had Sephora in Durango. There is not a cosmetic counter to be found within 45 miles. Having Sephora move into Durango, would increase sales tremendously and add so much more traffic to a dying mall. In fact, the mall owners should pay JCP to put a Sephora in their mall. It would make shopping at the Durango Mall a pleasurable experience for the ladies of Durango and our tourists.

This is one of the most run-down JCPs Ive ever been in. Store perpetually looks like its about to go out of business. Seems like they stock things exclusively for the baby boomers and thats about it. I do wish they had a portrait studio there. That would probably help keep it afloat!
