Ice cream is good. Service good. However, the store is filthy, not slightly dirty. Filthy

Waffle cone was very soggy and the ice cream have ice crystals.

I think its pretty rude that everyone including customers had a mask on EXCEPT FOR THE ONE MALE EMPLOYEE. WALKED OUT AND NEVER GOING BACK. IF HE WANTS TO POSSIBLY INFECT PEOPLE HE CAN

Never did I ever think I would share a negative review about any business in Durango, CO.With that being said, our experience today at Baskin Robbins left us very upset. We were next in line to order with 3 or 4 other parties waiting as well. The young girl working overlooked us and went to the next person in line. I initially shrugged it off as an oversight and proceeded to wait patiently. This time, she DELIBERATELY overlooked us and, again, went to the next party which came in far later than we did. We moved up closer to the counter, myself and my 3 excited kids, and AGAIN, she moved onto the next customer, after looking at us directly but choosing not to acknowledge we were next, even though my 6 year old was ready to order. I NEVER ever ever throw the racism card out at anyone, but this felt like discrimination and we left very disappointed, and our 6 year old, in tears. Durango is better than this. Or, at least it used to be. We love Durango, but Baskin Robbins has lost our business.

My daughter and I love coming here. Thestaff is super nice and very patient when it came to my daughter deciding what she wanted. And as always, their ice cream is super delicious and their ice cream cakes are beautiful and delicious also.

First time taking my daughters to Baskin-Robbins and the first time Ive been there in over 20 years. The girls working in the store were great very friendly and help my four-year-old pick out and non-dairy option which we hardly ever find. I will be going back

We arrived at Baskin robins at 9:50. They close at 10. Got right up to the door and a guy on a bike got right in front of us and locked it. We asked him if they were closed since we were 10 minutes early. He said yep. They are counting money. The women inside were laughing at us. It is pretty bad service to laugh at people that support your jobs. I can now see why many of them are closing. I will definitely not come back.

Got there at 9:00pm and they were already closed. If you are going to close early please change the info on the website so people dont waste a drive down. They did have that they are currently on winter hours but it was only posted on the door.

This is a great Baskin-Robbins. Always have had excellent customer service here. Whenever I go to Durango to visit I make a stop here.

Standing with a line of customers at 7:45pm and two employee females inside Baskins are eating and have the front doors locked with a sign open at 7:45pmNo one opened the door they shut the lights at the customers while they are waiting. I will be calling corporate to inform them

The girl didnt listen when my husband gave her his order, then she thought he gave her a tip which she pocketed, when he wanted a $5 bill back, but she gave him the change as if she was getting a tip. STUPID!!!!
