My friend and I both completely shattered our screens. The man working at the booth was extremely helpful and had both of our phones fixed within 45 minutes. He also gave us really good prices on phone cases and even added in a free headphone jack. Over all awesome experience and great customer service.

Raj fixed my broken screen in 20 minutes. Hes customer service oriented, professional and very nice. I had another issue with my phone that was unrelated to my broken screen. Verizon and Apple tried to figure out the problem and couldnt after spending hours on the phone with them. I contacted Raj and told me hed look at it for me. Right away he knew exactly how to fix the problem and didnt charge me a dime. Hes the best. If you message him, he gets back to you immediately. His prices are more than fair, his service is great! Hundreds of dollars later, my phone is still busted. I do not recommend this vendor.- Thanks for the response. However, I did bring my phone in to have this situation remedied and nothing was done. I was told that it was a motherboard problem and not offered anything else. My feedback is this: considering my phone is still almost useless, I think an appropriate solution would be to give me back my old, shattered screen and the $300 I paid in exchange for the one I was given since it did not resolve the issue I paid for. That way I could at least use the money to purchase a new phone.I understand that there is now new management, and you guys may handle things differently. Still, I caution those who choose to fix their phones here to heed the warning on the booth: NO REFUNDS.

I have taken my phone and my kids phone and our iPad there so many times . My IPAD now has a permanent glitch and I took my I Phone in about 2 weeks ago and paid almost 80.00 because I dropped it. Apparently a screen saver wasnt put on and my whole phone is cracked again. Super disappointing . Spent way too much money at this place
