After shopping a few times at another market, up the street, I was starting to think this town was just rude and grumpy. I was so tired of being treated rudely that I decided to try Albertsons. Wow what a difference! Friendly people. Well stocked shelves. Clean. Helpful. I am glad I found this store. What a difference a few blocks makes. The variety is better too. Every employee I met was kind and cheerful. The view from the parking lot is pretty nice too.

Walked in to get a flu shot and a few groceries. Five minutes after asking the pharmacy if I could get a flu shot, the pharmacist who is standing directly next to us wouldn’t answer the question so I have boarded that option and decided to get some groceries. Had to ask where cream cheese was located in the stocking attendant was extremely rude. I found my groceries went to check out. After one minute of the register clerk talking with a manager at the cash register, I picked my stuff up off the conveyor belt and walked over to self check out. The store is a disaster, it’s no wonder why nobody shops here, including me in the future. Customer experience is the last thing on their agenda

I like Albertsons. Its pretty much my go-to store everyday, plus my bank has a branch there.

Albertan has great deals at times, they are nice, u can always find someone if u got a question. They will help u find stuff. I always need help. The lines arent bad at all. Dont go to Walmart at all.

The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because the grocery store is great. The pharmacist are unbelievably rude. Moved all my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

This Akbertsons was very well stocked with many items unavailable to visitors from other countries stores.

I was parked in front of a broke down van with a lady and a 15 yr old dog in front of Albertsons. (Heard her speaking to others in the parking lot on the age of the dog). I couldnt help with car trouble but I did reach out to them with a little undercover love 🐕‍🦺👏♥️ love #durangoco and where I live. Animal lovers be kind 💕

Just this morning I shop for some flowers, the so called customer service self check out lady really treat me like I was a person from another world. I have been in the hospitality for 29 years and I have thought to say good morning first then advised the guest what they need to do, instead of saying YOU NEED PUT YOUR THINGS DOWN FIRST THEN PAY. If I was working there the first I would say good morning please place your things to the right then pay for your things. Terrible customer service and I will put this on all social media.

Shelves were well stocked and isles nice and clear and easy to get down.

Always a clean organized grocery store. Carries the more unique items may need for fancier meals or special eating requirements. Produce is always fresh clean. Staff is always friendly and helpful. For the most part they usually have everything in stock. Covid has affect everyones supply chain, but overall they usually are good.

Yeah I always feel great shopping here until I feel Im being watched. Yeah sound paranoid but honestly this is the only groceries store here in Durango that i felt this way. I do feel besides that they keep items on stock and the store clean. The employees always appear busy stocking or organizing their departments. I have on two occasions purchased cut fruits and they were sour. So pay attention to the dates and visually inspect your fruit snacks. This is the less crowded groceries stores in Durango. Best times to arrive? I recommend between 2pm and 6pm.

This might be the most disorganized and grossest grocery store I have ever been to. We walked in and, while passing the pastry section, saw a worker unapologetically decorating a cake without gloves on. We then went to get meat cut from the deli, and the worker helping us wasnt wearing a hair net while they were handling the meat. As a customer, I was disappointed and frankly grossed out by the unhygienic actions of the workers. I dont fault the workers, but rather the low standards Albertsons has in regards to maintaining a clean grocery store. Even Walmart has higher standards than this.

People working there are sometimes nice but mostly look like they just woke up in the morning. However the manager Misses Lions it the best.

Little store but overall great

Fresh produce and fruit. Good selection of meats, poultry and seafood. Bought 2 lbs of frozen shrimp and a pound of frozen scallops. My incredibly wonderful and beautiful wife cooked up a very tasty dinner. Baked cauliflower and carrots (400 degrees) in a butter, olive oil, salt and pepper, fresh tarragon, lemon slices sauce for 20 minutes, then added whole shrimp about a pound, and scallops, about half pound, for 7 minutes, flipped the seafood over and finished baking for 5 minutes. Excellent!

Full service store with excellent bakery, deli, and more. Great produce. Wide selection.

If youre from the East Coast they sell East Coast products. My wife and I are from South Jersey they carry Dietz and Watson products.

In and out, cool lady at self checkout pointed me directly to chap stick. Would buy more chap stick from here in the future.

Been a member of Auxillary since 2017.Since I arrived, they remodeled bar, rest rooms, and complete dining hall with new kitchen facilities downstairs. Fixed a ice damaged roof too. The dance hall is huge with a real stage for your band events. Biggest one is the Veterans ball. Also hosted several cincinertas, and banquet facilities are best in town for a really reasonable price. Well managed, and safe place in downtown district. That train passes to the east, and the Animas river passes to the west of property. Two horseshoe pits, and a beautiful yard for outdoor events, complete with a taco trailer. Friday nights karaoke is fun too. Veterans are greeted by a 9 foot wood carving of a soldier standing guard at the front door. Easily one of the greatest VFW Posts.

You should provide complimentary mask.Also pharmacy should supply them in their particular area. More adult disposable mask.

There used to be an Albertsons in Widefield Colorado. Not anymore. Its good that they still exist somewhere.

Wife went in. I sat in the car and waited...

The whole pickup experience was totally disorganized.only five pick up parking spots and those are in the busiest part of the parking lot. There is no way to pay for your groceries online so you definitely have contact with the pickup employees. the only good thing I saw was that the employees were very polite very courteous and too too busy. Currently Albertsons pickup is a failure.

To shop at Albertsons is to know the love of our lord and savior jesus christ.Prior to shopping at Albertsons, I had found myself wallowing in the misery associated with shopping at the derelict food desert that is city market.Upon stepping foot into Albertsons, I could literally feel the presence of the the lord himself in the store, emanating from the generously stocked produce and meat sections.I was lost and am now truly found.

Not too crowded early. Clean, good produce, too many upper end items see too have driven prices higher than other competitors.

CLEAN VERY NICE EMPLOYEES

They usually have everything you go there for. Only once they didnt have an item, which was worcester sauce. But unlike Walmart, you can get all your items you come there for. The service has always been excellent. They have good sushi. And their tortilla chips they make are the best! Their guacomole is good, too. I like shopping there.

You can get good meat deals on the week days. Its clean and well stocked.

Im like going to Albertsons its easy to get in and easy to get out and the prices are great saved a lot of money today

Prices are just beyond High here. Stopped on my way home from working there got a small single layer cake was over $8.

Reasonable quality, but expensive prices compared to other markets in the area. Service is exceptional and the staff are friendly.

They have arizona green tea in cartons, as an advocate of arizona green tea Ive never seen it before an i love it. Try the seafood its also great they have seafood on sticks its amazing.

Its always clean. They have a lot of different choices that City Market doesnt. The sales are pretty good. Shelves are always stocked.

We stopped here on the way through Durango and found that the selection was nice and fit our wants. It was nice that the store wasnt too crowded, since we were here during covid 19. The staff seemed nice and the facilities were fine. The prices here were average and the store was clean. I would come back here and would recommend this place to other shoppers.
