Jon was friendly and easy to work with! He was extremely helpful in setting our reservation over the phone. They were right on time dropping off and picking up the chairs at our agreed upon times. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service!

Durango Party Rental is AMAZING. They were so easy to work with not to mention kind and extremely helpful! We put together a backyard wedding 30 miles in the country and had to organized everything separately for 150 people. Everything with DPR went smoothly and flawlessly from the initial phone call, the site analysis, the dynamic invoice, set-up, and take-down. The quality and prices were great and they were really friendly over the phone when we finally stopped playing phone tag. They arent the most professional in my opinion. Ultimately, DPR got the job done but it was a lot more effort from me the paying customer. I rented chairs and a couple tables for a backyard wedding and paid for them to deliver and pick up afterwards. The delivery to the home gave me an ETA plus/minus 2 hours on the contract. We literally were at a standstill waiting on DPR to deliver for our wedding the next day. We called and left messages about our delivery. After still not having heard from DPR (almost1.5 hrs late) I sent my MIL to drive to DPR. When she got there, she said 3 people were sitting on their cellphones and not picking up the company phone. Supposedly, they had just called me to notify of the late delivery right before my MIL got there. They finally delivered much later than planned. The contract also had them to pick up the day after the event. The day after we saw a DPR truck come and leave the house without picking up their chairs and tables. They came back the following day late afternoon and actually picked everything up. Honestly, DPR was the most stressful part of our wedding.
