The previous week we stopped in and was told they only take applications online, never received a call in regards to the application submitted.Went by here on Monday, not open. I called Wednesday to verify hours, had to leave voice message. Called Thursday, left another voice message, did receive a call back later in the day, she stated she is not there Mondays and close at 5:30. I told her we would be there between 4:30 and 5:00, went by 4:15ish. and again 4:38. Guess what....closed!! Cant sell any cars if your not open.What a disappointment after seeing positive reviews.Thank you for your response, went by there again today (Friday) at 4:20, no one there agin. We are headed to CarMart.

I have just purchased a beautiful auto from elite and the people there could not be any nicer. They worked with us and my new car has met all my expectations. If you want to buy a good car from the nicest people go to elite. I rate them a 5 star.

Friendly people and decent cars for the price. We had to replace the battery shortly after purchasing my daughters jeep compass. The battery was cracked and should have been replaced before the car was sold to us. Having said that, I would buy from them again.

I wouldnt recommend..Bought a truck here last year and it started messing up before we even got it home. Zero customer service they refer you to the finance company if you have any problems, the finance company only takes your payment nothing else. Already replaced the motor in said vehicle and fixing to replace the transmission. Vehicles are overpriced junk. Buyers beware

Very nice, very helpful, and seemed very honest! We had to buy a vehicle and were very unprepared! They worked with us to find the best solutions and best value. They didnt try to talk us into anything more expensive. We ended up with a very amazing vehicle for a very great price. I also noticed there is no advertising on the vehicle other than the dealer tag. Thats pretty amazing especially for a used car dealer to be able to just gain business from word of mouth and reputation and not have to put it on your vehicle. Will definitely recommend it and go back for other vehicles

Bought my daughter a Nissan Moreno from this place and 2 weeks after buying it (money down) it broke down. Alternator went out. Spent a month in the shop that I was referred to by Elite. Finally got it out mind you the service warranty we purchased didnt cover all of it so I had to pay out of pocket. My daughter drove for one week and the back brakes starting rubbing. Spent more money buying and having those put on. There was no back brakes at all..metal on metal..replaced the front breaks and the found out the CV joint was broke. So spent over 200 dollars fixing that..back in the shop for another week. The owner of Elite calls after I sent them a message on Facebook and apologized which I thought at the time was nice. At this point Im very upset because we hadnt even made first payment. He told me to send him the receipts from all the money i had to spend to fix and he would reimburse me for those. Got it out of the shop for the second time and thought everything was good. Sent him pictures of the receipts and NEVER heard back from him. Go figure..now 2 months later its broke down again. This is the worst used vehicle Ive ever bought. I am so disappointed that my daughters first experience buying a vehicle on her own is this awful.. I know that with a used vehicle your going to have problems I fine with that.. But the fact my kid has made 3 payments on this vehicle and it stays in the shop more then she drives it. Not to mention even with a 1200 dollar down payment on a 8 thousand dollar vehicle her payoff is 12 thousand dollars..I would highly recommend going somewhere else to purchase a used vehicle.

I will not give these people my money after, Im guessing the manager, started hitting my truck. Now mind you, my truck is worth about 5 times anything they have on their lot Im currently sitting down the road waiting on police to make a report. The manager followed us around the building after I politely told 2 different sales women we would be in to talk to them if we found something we liked. But she stated I was rude to them. I would like to get ahold of owners name and number and file a report with them.

I have been to this dealership several times and have taken a few test drives. Ive read though the reviews and thought I might add my own. First, this is a small used car dealership, so you really cant have the same expectations of a larger new car dealerships. You may have to go inside to get help as there are fewer employees then at a place like Hoyte. Second, they sell older cars. These older cars can come with problems. The best course of action when buying a used car is to have it inspected by a trusted mechanic. Spending $50-$100 on an inspection can save you so much money and frustration from buying the wrong car. Thirdly, buy a Carfax/other vehicle history report to avoid a lemon or a vehicle that has been wrecked in the past.The times I have been to this dealership, I have been met with non pushy sales people who answered my questions and assisted me as needed. I greatly appreciated not being hounded after leaving, even though I gave them my contact information in order to do a test drive.

Be careful buying a car hear they do not know if their cars are fully inspected correctly Im still paying off a car that they sold to me it turned out to be a lemon I learned my lesson be very careful buying from here . I would buy from a real certified dealership next time.

I would NEVER purchase a vehicle from here EVER again! My transmission fluid was milky when I got home from purchasing it! I called the actual NISSAN house and was told exactly what the problem was and was also informed that I’d probably most likely have to replace the transmission and so I let the car dealership know they then told me the transmission was under warranty if I could pull the one that was in it and have it back to them with in that week... we’ll i am by no means a mechanic and I have a child with medical problems and let me just say there is No One and I mean NO ONE that will even touch a CVT transmission in Durant! So I messaged the car dealership and asked who they had to put the transmission in to begin with and he informed me in was his in house mechanic and that he was not for hire! To do some one this way is totally in professional!
