Awesome people my family bought multiple vehicles from them always had a good experience!

I got a Ford explorer from them and the racket pinion went out they have had my car for almost 2 months the problem is they dont make that same part anymore so we cant get part they refuse to give me another car but still wants me to pay on something that I can no longer drive Ive been out 8000.00 on this car I even ask for last months payment back since I have not had my car so I could go get another car and they refused because I had a payment that was due the 28 the if they were a good car lot they would try to make things right I will never recommend this place they dont care about their customers she told me if I dont keep paying on this car they will sue me and that her lawyer will be contacting me

Apparently only allowed to test drive 2 vehicles. So they lost my service completely, and I had full cash in hand. Will not be back.

So far, not good. Now Ive never heard of this place before going here so this is my unbiased experience. Last Thursday I put a down payment on a very well preserved 2001 Honda. Everything on it looked great inside and out. The service was alright and they gave me a free electronic gift when I left. The next day, Friday, I pulled into work and the check engine light came on, which I thought was pretty annoying since I bought it the day before. Had it tested and it turns out it had a bad speed sensor which I thought couldve been worse so no big deal since they said theyd fix any problems within 30 days. I was planning on calling them Monday morning to let them know but Saturday night I started noticing that it was getting a little too hot so I checked the coolant levels and it was empty. I figured it was because it had been sitting for over a month so I added some coolant and oil. I sat in my car for my 1 hour lunch break and check it again and the coolant was empty. I decided to look under the car and I watched coolant just pouring out of the bottom. That was Saturday. I got it home and parked it and havent drove it since. They came and towed it on Tuesday and Im supposed to pick it up tomorrow.UPDATE: They fixed everything 100% for free. I’ve been driving it for about a year now and no issues at all. Overall great place to buy a car
