We got the new line added and a cheaper phone just as intended. The lady whom helped us was nice and helpful. She moved things around in the system to save us money on our bill. Took time to move things around a couple of ways even to see which was the best savings. I know sitting and waiting is annoying, but the savings and time she took in the end is worth it, too. Were happy customers today and thats what matters most.

Worst US Cellular around. Took my phone in to have screened and the guy completely messed it up and they wouldnt fix it or return my money. Manager told me they would credit my account and never did. Complete lies. For better service go to the Madill location or the Ardmore location near the Game Stop.

Worst customer service ever. We walk in the guy behind the counter said, Sorry I cant help you. We wait for 45 minutes to upgrade a phone. Two old guys walk in and the man that said he couldnt help us jumped to help them right away. He told us he was supposed to have left 2 hours ago. We waited until they closed and still got ZERO help. Not even an acknowledgement.

This store has terrible customer service!! I have a Galaxy Note 7 that is part of the recall, unfortunately has to be exchanged at a corporate store. I call the store ahead of time, to ensure they have the phone available, the person who answers seems put out that I am calling. I was told that a replacement was in stock, but only for replacements of the recalled note 7s! Great, that would be my situation, so drove the 30 miles out there, walk in and receive zero acknowledgement from the people working there, or being told they have a sign in sheet to get service, thank god another customer told me. Which I understand they have customers infront of them, but a Hi, welcome to US Cellular, please sign in and we will be with you as soon as can would go a long way! Wait over an hour before my name was called, just to find out they do not have the phones yet! The same guy I spoke to on the phone that told me they had them instock,was the one who informed me they do not have them!Over 3 hrs and 60 miles driven! Unfortunately US CELLULAR is not able to ship a replacement and have to go back to deal with the same store yet again to get replacement!
