This is the worst GameStop Ive been to it seems like every time I get a game there its either bootlegged and doesnt load or it freezes my console wouldnt recommend this store to anyone.

Went to Durant game stop to trade in some games. He did me good. Left with 8 new games.

Its an alright place to get games, systems and geeky stuff (even though I wish they would stop selling geeky stuff since they all eventually go into the clearance bin but thats besides the point.). They give fair prices and you dont have to get an employee to get a game (Looking at you Walmart). The employees there are really friendly too. They even have some good sales like Buy 2, Get 2 Free on Pre-owned games and on the subject of pre-owned games, expect to get a variety of conditions. Ive gotten the GameStop case and cover art thats beaten up and look like it was a dogs chew toy but on the other hand, Ive gotten games that are practically new. Hope they remodel soon because itll be a way better place.

Best service Ive ever received from a GameStop location. We have been in several times since moving from Waxahachie and the difference is incredible.

Traded two games out here that I had bought in the sherman store and were both scratched and would not download. Got em quick guy was nice all around decent store.

Couldnt be bothered to tell me that the midnight release would actually be at 11pm. Even though I was there well before midnight they refused to give me my game and said I would have to come back tomorrow because they chose to close the register early. Utter BS. Ill be getting a refund on the pre-order and spending my money elsewhere along with an email to corporate. Sadly this GameStop is better than the one on Sherman. The people are always nice, even when theyre screwing you over. This the two stars.

Very helpful and nice staff. Organized store. Theres nothing wrong with the store iteslf.Frankly, its the other customers that you have to watch out for. They like to cause scenes when the staff cant accept their roach-infested PS, they dont agree with someone elses life style, or they bought their kid a M rated game and think its the staffs fault that they didnt heed the warnings. Yes, Im a regular in there.

Talk to a young man there looking for a game for a 3D player. Told him I was looking for a Gameboy Advance for games I had. He told me why not a Gameboy DS Lite. Plays two types of game cartages. Nice man.

Nice friendly staff, but prices are way to high on most items

This is the second time my preorder codes have not been given to me because the workers input my games wrong. First time was with spiderman, they gave me the digital copy and I wanted the disc so when I picked it up I didnt recieve preorder benefits. Second time was with mortal kombat 11, they preordered it for the Nintendo switch and when I went up there to get it they werent able to give me my preorder code for my preorder benefits. Im done preordering from gamestop. Ill just buy from Walmart or online.

I think its a dieing business since I can almost download any game I want. I like it for buying quick remotes for when I have a tantrum and break mine

The service is great, the employees are always willing to help, my only complaint is that sometimes youll get a damaged disc, but usually theyre willing to replace it.
