If you run out during off hours or not one of their regular customers they (Mc,Craws) will not come out to deliver propane you at home even if you have sick people at home, neither will Enderby. I made a mistake by not watching my tank, I am doable myself and dont get around very good have health problems myself, TO MANY THINGS GOING ON and did not think about my tank RUNNING LOW, run out and they ENDERBY OR MCcraws would not help us, my wife is a stroke patient, and still they would not do the humane thing and deliver 200-300 gallons. You would think a company would help folks out, not asking for free just need gas to cook with and gas to stay warm with, but no they said it would be Monday. I hope they dont ever have problems beyond their control. Very bad, when its freezing out.

Had to have a new underground line installed. Installers were friendly, completing the job quickly.I have been a customer for years and would recommend McGraw Oil & Propane for any propane related needs.

We are on a “keep full” order and I’ve lost count of the number of times we’ve had to call because we had NO propane. We have a pool that is heated and if we don’t have propane our losses could be in the thousands. We had them put in a tankless hot water system as well and it’s our only source of hot water. Very disappointed with their service.UpdateGot a call from them first thing this morning with an apology and a generous credit to our account. We appreciate them for making an effort to keep our business.

McCraw Oil & Propane is a fine establishment for providing all of my Propane needs as well as fuel and oil needs. They are also the cheapest place around for purchasing pasture spraying herbicides. The office staff is spot on in providing helpful information and happy to meet my needs in any way possible. I highly recommend McCraw Oil and Propane of Durant, Oklahoma!!

Installed my fireplace and couldn’t be happier with the Chris and Kevin really great guys and really cared if I was pleased with the way it looked! You don’t run into a lot of companies with guys like this that actually care if the customer is happy! Will always be a McCraw customer!

Edited: I am very impressed with the manager Chris Nelson in the Durant office. He was made aware of the issue we had and called to apologize. He is a very nice sincere man who seems to care deeply about his customers and how the buisness is ran. I never expected a call in return for my review. He is very considerate and wants to make sure his customers are properly taken care of.Called on Monday set up a day for delivery was told that they would be out Wednesday. Was even quoted the price. My daughter has set at the house all day waiting for them to come. I called at 3:00 pm to check on when they would be out. Just to be told that we were not put on the list of deliveries for today. That they would have to place me down for delivery for tomorrow. This is the second time this has happened the first time we had pre paid and it took them one week to deliver. We are down to 10% and it is 32 degrees and suppose to be even lower tonight. Very poor customer service with employees that do not seem to care.

I had no heat last winter and Chris and Kevin really helped me out. They came out within the hour and got my heater going again. I will always buy from them and very grateful for their help

We used McCraws in Durant last year & already once this year for our home propane needs. We have had no problems & the service has been prompt, showing up when they said they would. I also was able to pay over the phone with my debit card which was super convenient.

We sure appreciate the convenience of the GO fuel card! Always a fast and friendly encounter.
