Very nice and friendly customer service. The best part is they met me at the store before they opened just so I could buy the knife roll I wanted. I go in before they open and dont get off until after they close on most days. And just for that Ill definitely be back to get more

The absolute best kitchen store ever! They have a good mix of high end brands, affordable options and more. Yeti, All-Clad, Fiesta, etc. If you can think it up, they have it, if not, they will get it. Also, a very good selection of decorative pieces.

Great service, and knowledge by the employees. they have a great selection of specialty kitchen products, big green egg supplies, and partyware but the prices are higher than we have seen for the same products in other specialty stores.

There are a lot of cool items at kopper kettel and the people are really nice and funny. All the products there help other organizations help people get back on there feet.

Very Disappointed! I tried to exchange some Cucina hand cream after it caused an allergic reaction. I didnt ask for my money back, just to exchange it for something else. I was told I was out of luck and sent on my way! This is a terrible way to treat a customer and it proves they will not stand behind their products. Please beware!
