Went in to see if they could replace a missing stone in a ring, the two ladies that were working there were nice enough. I explained that I wanted to wait for the repair because I didnt want to leave the ring.They both said she should be able to do that, you just have to ask her, unfortunately she isnthere. They said she will be here next week.I said I will come back on Monday. ( Im not sure who they were talking about) I said, I live 40 minutes from here but I will come back then.Went back on the next Monday, same person said she just left for lunch but she should be back in an hour or so. I said I cant wait an hour just to find out if she can do it.Then the lady said I can make an appointment if youd like. I asked, just to find out if she will be able to do it?She said Im pretty sure she can do it . So I said yes, I would like to do that. She said she is booked for the following week, how about the week after that? I said Friday would work, she said 10:00 am, I said sure.She didnt write anything down but she said okay I will let her know and she will leave that spot open. I asked is there anything else you need from me? She said nopeSo two weeks later I drive back there. She comes from the back and says Ohhh she isnt here today, she has sinus problems, and I didnt have your phone number.Needless to say, I was frustrated. As I left she said You could try coming back next Tuesday she should be here then. To which I said Im not coming back.I still have no idea who the she they were talking about was.Terrible customer service, if you own this business and you happen to read this, you really should consider training your employees better.I wont be returning to this jeweler.

They do a wonderful job with sizing. Super helpful and they had it done within 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend in the future❤

After a year in Oklahoma only just found this jeweler and its what jewelry shopping should be about. Family business, warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable. Great selection and I love every piece I bought from them.
