Great service. Seemed happy we were there. No one ignored us. We had to stay there 30 minutes while they quick charged our scooter battery. I think in that time everyone there had a conversation with us.

After considering other motorcycle dealerships I chose Durant Cycle for maintenance on my used cycle which I recently purchased. I was impressed by their reasonable charges, their timely appointment scheduling, meticulous attention to details (they covered all the factory maintenance service requirements), keeping me informed of the progress on the maintenance of my bike, and the courtesy they extended to a picky retired person. My cycle was not running too well when I brought it to them, but now it runs great! Usually I approach auto and cycle dealerships apprehensively, but at Durant Cycle I found a group of dedicated people who are trustworthy, friendly and maintain integrity in their business dealings. Ive been bring my performance quads to this dealer for years. Had one problem with one return. I brought it to the service department attention. They told me to bring it back and the repair fees would be on them. Other then that, I wouldnt take mine to any other dealership. The presentation of the staff and the respect they display. Their very professional people.

Caught a slow leak on my 2012 Triumph Tiger Explorer rear tire just outside Durant on the way to Fayetteville AR. Pulled off the highway right into Durant Cycle. They had me back on the road in an hour. Fast and friendly service!

We had a tire put on my harley and within a couple of days on the way back home, it went flat. The harley dealer showed us the twisted tube that they had put back in wrong and that it was torn to shreds. We are out hotel room (went flat late Sunday afternoon when nothing is open). We called the manager and the best they can offer to reimburse for their mistake is in store credit for what they charged us in their shop. I live in Austin and rarely get to Oklahoma, so what good is in store credit going to do me? I am out $91.51 that they charged me and $176.45 for hotel and new tube. There would have been towing charges had a very nice person not given us a free tow to the Harley dealership. Dont do business with them if you want them to stand beside their work.

I purchased a UTV here 2 years ago, This Fall some rodents got under it and ate the coolant tubes and did a lot of damage to the wiring. I called for service during the Holiday week. Pam said to bring the UTV in and they would squeeze it in. The same day a tech looked at it, and Pam called to make sure I knew it was rodents, and to check the wiring in my garage so I didnt have a fire there. The repairs included ordering some wire, and sourcing a new speaker that would fit since the factory version was expensive. They did all this without hesitating. Through the entire process I was called several times, they were certain to make sure they were spending time wisely. At the end of al this, they gave me a very fair price, and everything is fixed. Ill be a customer again for purchases and service.
