This place has great service and everything you need for appliance repairs. I was just about to buy a new dryer... figured i would call... they walked me through what parts to bring in for testing. Brought in and discovered that heating element had failed... 65$ later.. and a bit of go get grit... dryer is good as new!Thanks yall!!

When our furnace blower went out on a Saturday morning, these guys walked me through everything I needed to replace it with a new universal one. Saved our family a ton of money vs having a contractor come out to fix it.

Inadequate wine list but a fine selection of steaks and seafood dishes. Service is slow but thoughtful.

Was given the wrong part after driving 30 miles one way. Had to drive back to get the right part. Before I left the first time I asked the salesman to double check the model number. He assured that it was correct. This incomputance caused me to loose $125 of food and $20 worth of gas. First time was Saturday. store closed at noon. I came back Monday. I will never patronize this store again. Salesman said that it wasnt his fault

I called up to see if they had a part for my washer. They did and gave me a price that was lower than online. Great service and convenient location in Durham. Thanks for the help.

This place is just awesome I cant think of the number of times on a Friday that 1 of my appliances has needed a random part. I mean all I have to do is go up to this place and let them know what my problem is or after watching a cool YouTube video i may bring a thing to them. they always will test it and recommend or tell me the best solution to fix my appliance they always have the parts in stock that day Ive been there so many times I have actually have played with the idea of becoming a part time appliance fixer all thanks to these guys theres only but one thing to do and give them a 5 star rating

Great staff and knowledgeable staff. Great service and very fast. Even when they dont have your item they will tell you promptly. Not that as a customer you want to hear that. The idea is not to mess around with your time. As a side note, I think many people would be very happy to have this store open earlier than 8 in the morning. Also later than 5 pm would work for many people trying to get home and finish their projects. Thanks again for the great service.

The drain pump on my washing machine went out unexpectedly. I called D&L on a Saturday morning during Hurricane Florence and they were open. Mike assisted me with the part over the phone. I told Id be there shortly to get it. When I arrived, the part was waiting for me at the front and they called Mike up to wait on me. I appreciate the solid customer service experience and their efficiency.

Fridge breaks down on Friday. I couldnt diagnose until Saturday. Monday morning I get the part (fan motor) at a great price. If you were open on the weekends if give you then stars!

The service & staff here are great. I rated D&L Parts 3 stars because the strong cigarette smoke odor in the building is unpleasant and unhealthy. Not many businesses allow smoking inside....maybe its time for D&L to consider doing the same. As a customer I would like to breathe clean air where I spend my money and have my clothes, hair, and body smell as clean as they smelled when I entered the business. Your habits should not be more important to you than the health of your customers.

Super rude woman answered the phone just before 11am this morning. Wouldnt help me unless I had a part number, but when I told her I wasnt sure what number the part number was on the item (there were several!), she said flatly, I need the part number or I wont help you. I needed help in locating the number and she refused. So I wont be using D&L again.

Awesome and helpful

With their help, I fixed my own air conditioner for free! I went in feeling like the noob I was, but they checked my serial number, found that my unit was still under warranty, tested my capacitor (my first guess) and found it was ok, gave me a contactor and told me how to test the old one, and ultimately hooked me up with a new fan motor--all courtesy of Trane, under the warranty. Throughout they were both kind and super helpful to a dumb ol end consumer.

My A /C went out EASTER I called repair man that came out MONDAY for eighty dollar diagnostic fee stayed 30 minutes max and told me it was 1600 dollars to fix,, I decided to look at what he had to fix and knew I could do it since my motor was older the wiring was different and wiring can be my handicap and I didnt know what to do they took my old motor and compared it to new one and went out of their way to get info I needed and saved me money .In all I have 130.00 in parts I highly recommend D&L
