This business is run very honestly, the staff are super friendly and as a person with mechanical skills of my own I can tell if I am being swindled. There are some repairs or vehicles they cant do here in their small shop but they are great at diagnosis and helpful with giving good recommendations.

While the mechanics seem good, the manager insisted on charging us $10 extra claiming our windows were tinted during an inspection. Our windows have a very light tint which came from the factory and weve never been charged the extra fee.

My husband always takes his cars here for servicing and inspections. He finds them accommodating and adequately knowledgeable about repairs. I have never heard him complain about the price. The station is old-fashioned which I think is nice. I like to see original older buildings being maintained and inhabited instead of being torn down and replaced with modern. The owner bought my husbands old truck and sold it from the lot. He is very helpful.

I have taken my car here multiple times. The owner and the workers are very nice and courteous. Very reasonable pricing, he is not out to get your money. They do all sorts of car repairs and if he cant do something he will call up someone that can. Do not be fooled by the appearance, it is a good car shop. I recommend it to everyone looking for a mechanic.

I m giving them a one star because of the service and how it was handled. I paid $800 for a brake master cylinder rotors and pads.That I question if all was really needed. With 3 month Im hearing squeaking and grinding noise. I have 3 cars so its not like I drive the car to death. I take it back and I was told the back pads and rotors were bad. The car has 80k miles. And charged me $250. The noise was back within a day. Took it back and it is the front pads with they replaced but to keep it off I was told they would replace the pads in the front on Tuesday today is Friday. Really take your car to them if you want after Tuesday and the amount of $1050. I will never return. Very poor workmanship and quality. Take your car where you can get it serviced correctly the first time. $1050 is a lot to lose in 3 months time over Hope Valley 66 poor work. I am updating this to a 3. After talking with the owner. My car was fixed. The mechanic had placed my old brake pad back on my car. New pads were placed on and the car is fine with no other charges to me.

I have been to these guys several times and always been pleased with the service. I have done a fair amount of work on cars myself, so I know what is reasonable, and they have always been more than fair in their pricing. The place may look run down, but the owners are friendly and courteous.

I have taking the services of this shop for last 4 years. They are wonderful. Honest, reasonable in pricing and do only what is needed.
