I was greeted by Brian prior to entering the store. Once inside the store, I was pretty much invisible. I waiting for Brian to become available and received the help I needed! He took the time to answer all of my questions. Thanks Brian!

Sales associate seemed annoyed with making a sale and talked down to everyone in every way seemingly because we are not cabinet experts. Very disappointing and frustrating experience before even getting the product.

As a professional, we use Surplus Warehouse for certain items. The selection isn’t huge but that’s how they keep their prices low. We come here to buy some of our interior doors, sometimes flooring and accessories, some plumbing items, and cabinets with hardware when it works out. Specifically not a big fan of their window selection.

As always GREAT customer service and very helpful in helping getting the right amount of materials needed. Not looking to sale you something you dont need. And definitely no pressure to buy! My projects are almost complete; so Ill have to find some other excuse to come visit w/ mgrs Tim & Brian!

This place is amazing! So glad we found it. We love Tim and Randy. They have been so helpful in helping us design our floor plan for kitchen. Prices cant be beat! Off the beaten path, but well worth the 40 min ride!

Staff was not helpful! They never asked if we neeeded help and it seemed like they were bothered that we entered the store! Terrible attitudes!

Great prices, wonderful options. They are very accommodating and well. I purchased items but had to leave them there for a few days, upon return everything was waiting for me with my name on it. Only downside are the hours. Tough to get to Mon-Fri if you work during the day.

Their name is deceiving, the store can order small variety, on par with Shanandoah, cabinets as well as fixtures. Free kitchen cabinet design services with your measurements. Wood cabinets, dovetail drawers, 1/4 shelving, plywood boxes purchased for $3,500, priced similar cabinets with Home Depot design, $10k +. Tim and Randy are excellent!

Great place to get items to remodel at a reduced price.They have a decent selection, and most of the staff is top notch.We usually end up buying cabinets and tubs from here, and tile somewhere else. They do have great prices on tile and flooring as well, but my wife usually doesnt see something she likes.They also have a nice selection of doors and windows, as well as counter tops. They offer a service to help you plan your kitchen, but I have not tried this service.

The service was exceptional. The store had more products than one could have hoped for. I highly recommend this store for all of your modeling and building needs.

This store should be in every city. It is truly a one stop shop for all formal affairs. Great experience!

This is a great place to find flooring, but they dont have everything. So if youre trying to match something, it better be from there to begin with.

I think this place is a good option to places like Lowes and Home Depot. The store clerk wasnt personable at all. Some might say he was rude. That was the only negative to my visit.

You can really get some great bargains on home renovation materials at the store. Good quality at a fantastic price.

This guy that helped us today was very polite an bless his heart working in this heat in a warehouse just as hot!!! I sure felt bad for him but he was still good at customer service!!!

I practically live there. I shop here for my projects frequently. They are really helpful and the prices are great.

Awesome employees my wife lost almost $200 at 10AM and didnt realize it until 1:30PM and they were holding on to it for her to come back. Love the flooring we go there also.

I purchased with a debit card and returned merchandise but they would not give me my cash back. Instead they took the merchandise and treated it as a credit card purchase. They didnt have tickets wait on their merchandise I shouldnt have to wait on my money. At least tell me
