The front desk was horrible. It is an attitude of I do not care your business at all with a polite way of turning you down. I really do not think I want to contact or use this company at all. I called the second company in Raleigh and got very detailed information with totally different attitude and the price was lower.

Lori is a talented, patient and kind perfectionist of a decorator. She looked through historical books and worked with me to adapt curtains from a grand Scandinavian castle to my much more modest bedroom. It demanded risk-taking (new concepts) and lots of patience in directing the creation of the cornices. The result is stunning, even to me, and I am very particular. I find myself stroking the silky fringe, while admiring the soft falling folds of material with an unusually fine texture. Such beauty and such delicacy!Lori could have taken all kinds of advantage of my illness (I am a Hospice patient) to cut corners and to do sloppy work. She did not do this. I slept through the installation and woke to perfection.

We enjoyed working with Lori. She helped us select window coverings for the study and master bedroom of our new house. There was a delay in getting the fabric for the bedroom, but that was on the manufacturers end. When one of the window shades was not operating properly, the problem was dealt with quickly. We were very impressed with the service we received, and we love the results!

Sew Fine II installed Hunter Douglas blinds in all the bedrooms of my new home. I also purchased living room furniture through Sew Fine II. I intend to continue to work with Paula to furnish the dining room and the bedrooms.
