Wow you should really advertise that the store closes for lunch. Wasted my gas.

I just switched from cricket and Im very happy with my new phone! The young lady who assisted me was karime. She went above and BEYOND to make sure i left happy. She helped transfer information from my old phone so i wouldnt lose my contacts or pictures. Thank you again karime, YOU ARE A GEM!

This is my first time visiting a metro in Durham, not gonna lie I was really surprised with the customer service. Ive heard a lot of negative comments with metro services and employees in Florida. The young lady that greeted me was ms.karime, she was very polite and helpful. I originally only came to see prices if it was worth the switch. She gave me a really good deal on the phone. I also bought a case, screen protector, and a headset for work. I have everything I didnt know I needed and the best part is I have no shoppers remors . I didnt feel hassled or swindled. I will be returning to this location going forward solely on customer service!

Screaming Karime IS THE BEST !!!! I always leave with my questioned answered thoroughly and with solutions!!! She a great multitasking! Ive seen Karime juggling 3 to 4 customers at once and not once could you feel tension in the lobby. No one felt like they werent be taking care, cause shes that good! Prasie to Karime for her 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Karime is outstanding! She was pleasant all 3 days I came in about my phone troubles. I finally gave in and replaced my dinosaur. She even helped transfer my data to my new phone. This is now my go to store and that my girl!!

My charger had the wires exposed. I went there today to exchange and they said it was my fault the charger was like that. She said she has the same charger and hers lastest more than a year. Did I mention Ive only had off for 13 days!? She said she couldnt do anything for me. Worst customer service ever. When I left the store she went outside to smoke a cigarette with her friends. Exposed wires are dangerous! This is a metro authorized dealer. The company is A to Z wireless. Its a mile away from me but Ill never go there again.

They dont have any signal no wonder they give two phones for free and the worse thing their customer never pay for any more services they sell the free phone to the pawn shop with service n go back to the same location n get another free phone .most of their customer illegal immigrants as well no id free phone, this town is going way to bad

I have made several trips to this location, some of the staff is too concerned with their phones than customers and they never have anything that is available in other stores thats new. I had to go buy my phone from a different store just because they couldnt get it.
