I will never do business with this place ever AGAIN!!!!. I made an appointment on a Saturday to get 2 shirts made with vinyl ( oh and I provided the two shirts as well… I can’t forget that part) the lady was nice and took my order and charged $25.00 and told me to return the following Thursday for my order…. I return the following Thursday after 4:00 and my order wasn’t ready…..😧 I was told to wait 10 minutes. Ok I waited…..The lady ran to the back and printed my two shirts In 15 minutes and apologized bc they had been Very business. Shirts were perfect. Despite waiting as long as I did for a 10 minute print job that was done the same dern day…. Now let’s move onLet me also add that in order to be serviced here you have to make an appointment. Now let’s get back to the story…so I go back a few days later October 23rd. Made the appointment online and received a booking #. I wanted to get 3 more shirts done. I walk in and there was a guy there being serviced and I stand back waiting patently. I’m then asked (by a different lady this time) “excuse me can I help?… and do you have an appointment?” I replied “yes ma’am I do” lady replied “well I don’t have you in my appointment book…..and that’s why I’m servicing him” her tone and deposition was very DISTASTEFUL. She started speaking Spanish with the customer and acted as if I wasn’t even the room. I stood there and was processing all this. (I’m thinking to myself at this point like “ I know this **** don’t have an attitude with me” like what In the world 🙄😤I never had a problem with her even helping the guy in front me…. I was cool with waiting. IT WAS HER ATTITUDE that I couldn’t deal with. ESPECIALLY IF IM SPENDING MY HARD EARNED MONEY IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT. So then she looked to see if I was actually booked and she’s realized I was and continued helping the guy without acknowledging me. I waited a few more minutes and just left. I’m not sure if there are any other embroidery/print places in the area either. But In the end I was able to complete my own project with the help of YouTube and purchasing my own cut machine and heatpress.

Amazing company with very professional and talented staff. They listened to what we wanted and made creative suggestions to make my son’s jacket so much better. I’m very pleased with the way the embroidery turned out. They took a picture I printed of the computer and turned it into an amazing jacket. First time customer. I wanted long sleeve pocket tee shirts with company logo. Unfortunately they didn’t have my size so they had to order them. The lady told me they don’t normally carry long sleeve pocket tees. Shirts were complete and ready for pickup on the day I was given. I went with the stitch instead of the press on. 5$ for press on and 10$ for stitch(worth the extra 5$ imo). Work is very professional and clean. So far very satisfied. Granted it’s only been 4 days but my experience was good.

Sorry I cant give Logo Maniacs zero stars. I just went in to get a logo embroidered on a shirt --used Logo Maniacs awhile back, when they were at Northgate -- and have never dealt with people so uninterested in doing a job. They now wont take a file off a usb drive and refused to keep the $5 tshirt while I went home to email the file, thus expected me to make THREE trips for this. They refused to give even a ballpark price for the work. Woman who seemed to be in charge kept referring me to a worker who never managed to answer any questions so I had to have every conversation twice.I finally gave up and went to Stitch Doctor, who got on the work right away and said he could even do the additional backpack work that Logo Maniacs said was not possible. And Ill only have to make 2 trips.Lesson learned.

Went to get some group embroidery ✔ on some bags, and no one was there! The website says open from 10 am to 9 pm. Well its now 1026 am and the gate is still down and the lights are off. Such a BIG turnoff already and I dont even know how well you work. Not professional at all. If you have different store hours, please post, cause this is wasting my time, and ur losing business!

Customer service is not great, I had to email my image 3 times before they could see (mind you its a Jpeg file) they told me my due date was on a Wednesday the final product was done on friday.. Im very please with the final product image when I did get it looks good ...

In short: rude and unprofessional. The staff here seems to both hate their job and hate working with the public. We had a tight deadline for two embroidered hats and expected proofs on a certain day. I had to e-mail and call multiple times to get these proofs. When we finally did get the proofs and gave approval, we were given a two hour window on a Friday to pick them up. Not being able to meet this two hour window, we decided to pick them up the next day when the store opened -- except they decided to open late that day and we had to call the owner. When we complained that we waited for 30 minutes for someone to show up the staff member just shrugged. I would highly recommend not working with these people because they cant maintain their timelines and staff is just rude.

Excellent service, they did just exactly what I need it, everything they do is costumed so I was able to decide colors, fonts and sizes according to my needs.

Communication and customer service is terrible. Responded to one of my emails and then they dropped off the face of the earth. I almost begged for a response to my email (still haven’t received one a month later). I would choose a place that actually communicates with the customer, this isn’t the place.

Horrible job on the monogramming. It wasnt centered and is crooked. Both pieces have didnt size lettering. Was told I could pick it up after a week of waiting, got there and she didnt have it ready, so had me wait while she messed it up! GREAT JOB OF RUINING my Christmas Presents.

I am not the best at fashion or even picking styles or even colors on some embroider items I have drop of at this wondurful establishment.Logomaniacs has been a lot of help in the past few years. I will bring an idea to this ladies and they will make it happen no matter how big, small, crazy, ridiculous it might seem. Again most of the times I bring ideas to them and they will take the time to understand my needs, my vision, my wants.The ladies working here go above and beyond on making sure that the final product look and excited expectations even when I have give them short deadline.I have to Thank them for such Awesome job they do. My bosses are some of the most picky needy people.There are many more people that my do embroidery, but no one has beaten or exceeded the quality of work and turn around time like Logomaniacs.
