Awesome staff sometimes the phone service isnt so great,but overall I will say they are a good pharmacy

Always go above and beyond to help with whatever is needed. Even found me some band-aids when I was picking up a Rx via the drive through. Outstanding customer service. I drive from Durham to get all of my pharmacy items here and would not change a thing.

My wife always tell me. Its a good place for have prescription on time a great service 👍

The pharmacist Amit was amazing!!! my husband and I called 30 minutes before they closed to refill a prescription we didnt have the Rx number for. We made it to the pharmacy 10 minutes before they closed and Amit and his pharmacy tech had the prescription ready!!!! It was only the two of them and they were working very hard! They went above and beyond for us at our last minute refill request! 5 star worthy!

Extremely curteous

Very impressed with the pharmacist (long dark hair). She is so helpful & knowledgeable, AND compassionate!Ladies working the cash register also helpful. They helped me save $ on my Rx by using the app GoodRx.Ive been there 3 or 4 times in the past few months. Service has been consistently excellent.

Who can we complain to about this pharmacy? I have used this pharmacy 3 times. Each time my script was not ready when I was told to come pick it up. Major inconvenience. The pharmacy staff at the 15-501 Walmart are wonderfully prompt, efficient and ALWAYS have scripts ready when scheduled.

I have found the pharmacists at this store to be very knowledgeable and extremely helpful...... so much so that I have switched all my prescriptions there.

I have had two bad experiences with this pharmacy. The first time I was told by an associate that the pharmacist needed to unlock the razor blades so I could purchase them (which is annoying and says a lot about this Wal Mart). When I very politely asked her she said, in a huff, that she needed to do something else first. I waited for about 20 minutes and then just left. Another incident occurred when I went to purchase a few things for my baby. I asked about which product I should purchase and the pharmacist was very put out by my questions and treated me like I was beneath her. She made me feel like an idiot for not knowing what another product was and then dismissed my questions about a third product. I didnt go to pharmacy school and Im not familiar with every drug so I guess that makes me less of a human. If its going to cost me a few dollars more to go somewhere else Ill go. Im willing to pay for a pharmacist who doesnt treat customers like second class citizens. Harris Teeter and Rite Aid both have very helpful, cheerful, kind pharmacists.

Super nice staff. Always friendly open and helpful and I have had plenty of bizarre questions for them lol. Always willing to compare best price from either my insurance or the GoodRx card and thats always appreciated!

The pharmacy is fine. Have gone here for several years because its the best option with my insurance. Staff are friendly enough. Havent ever had any issues. The store itself is usually crowded and a bit messy, but the pharmacy is fine.

I am beginning this review while still on hold. There have now been 2 dropped calls and, thus far, my hold time has been 35 minutes and 3 seconds. I will either finish my review and hang up OR finish when someone answers and give the final hold time. I am calling because a month ago I handed the pharmacy 3 months of prescriptions all printed together on one page. The pharmacy intern cut the prescription off the page and then, a few minutes later she told me they were out of the generic medicine and my insurance doesnt cover the brand, but I couldnt take it anywhere else because the page was cut, which makes it invalid at other pharmacies. After some back and forth, she wrote a note on the prescription and I started calling around to find someone else who had the medicine in stock. I found another pharmacy and was about to leave, when the walmart pharmacist ran out and said she found the generic. Relieved, I told them to fill the prescription. About 30 minutes later, I went back to the counter and waited in line to pay. The price the tech rang up was 4x what I generally pay and, when I asked, she said my insurance only covers the brand! After all that, she said I would have to wait to fill it again. I waited another 30 minutes, paid, and although I didnt want to, I left my prescriptions for the following 2 months since I didnt want to deal with the cut prescription. Well I called yesterday to get the 2nd month filled, and guess what...yep... they dont have my prescription. So im here on hold with the head pharmacist, after a long conversation yesterday that led nowhere. it has now been 42 minutes and 28 seconds and I am still on hold. Not sure what to do next...

Good lord. My husband and I were sick and even though I got a text it was ready it wasnt. 25 min later they it was but then realized the billed insurance wrong. Meanwhile my husband is puking in the car. Never would have come if the text didnt say it was ready. DONT EVER COME HERE

My prescription was called in at 11:00 am here i am here now to pick my prescription up n its still not ready.........this is the 2nd time this has happened......i c now im switching pharmacy.....6:40pm

Very poor attitude at drop off window.

Incompetent staff. Got text that my medicine would be ready at 2pm, got there at 5:30, I was told that they were still working on it and that it would be ready in 15 minutes, went to grab a bite, came back at 6:20, and my medicine was not ready. This happened on 1/9/19, and whoever was in charge was an incompetent pharmacist.

Even with the new layout and upgrades it is still a horrible place to shop. Rude employees, store is always messy and parking is a nightmare.
